Great know how with fast and friendly service. Literally from the time I opened the door til the time I stepped out it Skylar was making sure I was taken care of. She was very helpful and explained the things to me I didn't understand completely and answered every question with the knowledge of knowing her products. There was never an I don't know or I'm not sure sure or let me ask someone. She knew what she was talking about and it showed. She's my new "Go To Woman" when I have to go in store for anything. I had some serious issues with my account and with AT&T.
I came in and explained my issues to Daddy Orlando and he fixed everything real quick and we had a few laughs about it.

Orlando helped my family from switching over from T-Mobile to Att , therefore our experience was excellent with communication , making we had the best deals and fast. We will make sure any time we have questions or concerns and whenever we upgrade again we will return .

Skylar the manager was very nice and welcoming, she was very detailed oriented and explained everything from start to ending. The other employees were also very nice and welcoming as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Went to the At & T store on Eastchase and Orlando my sales rep was amazing when I say I left out with everything I wanted and more, I recommend them to anyone they are amazing..

I had a pleasant experience here. I came in with my kids, we just moved from another state looking for some internet for our home. All 4 of the gentlemen working were so helpful, nice, kind and welcoming. I really appreciate the guy whom helped us. I can't remember his name, but he informed me on everything I needed to know and even offered to answer any questions I may have later. Win! For customer service!!

My daughter, and I love it here the respresentative's here are Ivan, Isaiah, Ezequiel are Amazing. They are very helpful with assisting my daughter with every need we've had, and they have went over plus the call of duty to solving our problems.They are very nice, all are very knowledgeable with the equipment, will answer any questions the best if their ability, and technically savy with all information.

When cell phones came out I joined Verizon. But after a 1k bill I was not at fault of they refused a waiver or agreement. So I switched to AT&T towers and never turned back! AT&T works with the customer to make the experience as comfortable and affordable as possible.

My representative was very nice and efficient. She was nice to everyone who entered the building and she didn't keep ppl waiting although she was by herself. I believe this is a corporate location so you can definitely handle most if not all your needs. Go check them out

Will always use this location from now on. Greeted us as we walked in the store. Ezekiel was so smart and helpful. We needed a new phone for my parents. Everything that we needed he helped us with. He was the most positive thing about interacting with AT&T that we have had in years. Outstanding customer service. Far and away the best experience at an AT&T store.

Went to get my husband his birthday gift but was unsure which phone to get but Diego made the experience very easy! He showed me some phones and a explained each one and what they have to offer! Gave me his honest review So I really appreciated that!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING THERE FOR HELP! They go above and beyond!! Definitely will be going back to get myself one!
