Quality Nails & Spa

My daughter, Anna and I were looking for a nail spa who has an acrylic nail artist and great pedicures. Today is Friday the 13th so we went with a theme. Anna is super thrilled about her acrylic cat eye nails with Ken. I had a cat eye pedicure with Dru and a brow tint/trim with Melissa.

Ken has done several Instagram styles with a friendly, positive, and can-do attitude. Just show him a picture of what you want and he can do it. The establishment itself was clean and properly sanitized before each guests. Mia and all the others are super sweet and helpful to one another. I have never experienced a negative tone in the spa.

Melissa, inquired about my nail services and was welcoming while doing my brows. This is the first brow tint I’ve had, without looking like black sharpie was painted on my brows.

Pricing I would say is affordable compared to other establishments. It’s nice feeling they appreciate my continuous business, rather than for the moment. I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time. They get busy fairly quickly on the weekends and before local events.
***Update*** Months later I am still 100% Happy with Quality Nails. Ken rocks some nail art.

Lily did my wedding nails and they turned out so stunningly beautiful. She always takes her time to make sure the details are perfect, but she still gets me in and out in an hour so I can come in during my lunch break at work. Highly, highly recommend!

My daughter and I went there today with some Pinterest nail designs in mind. The ladies at Quality Nails were super nice and willing to do the designs on us.
We were very happy with the beautiful results!!
They did exactly what we asked and were most pleasant!
We are definitely going back!

Melissa is the BEST! If you like powder nails there is not a better person to see. She is truly an artist. They also have amazing feet people that do great pedicures.
If you had gone here in the past, like me, and were not impressed they are under new ownership and it’s a much better place.

This place is awesome! I will never go anywhere else in Austin. The new owner is so wonderful and provides top quality service. She is so friendly and speaks perfect English and understands everything you want. They specialize in designs and have really beautiful work. The staff is very thorough. They never rush but it doesn’t take forever to get your nails and toes done. The products are top of the line and last a long time. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I’ve been a regular for about 5 years. The staff is super friendly and always give me exactly the shape I want for my nails. Very nice “deluxe” pedicure! Slightly higher price than I’d like to pay, but very high quality.

My favorite nail salon at best! Everyone is amazing and very skilled. I love how attentive they are with their clients. I always feel welcome and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. My nails are always beautiful. I'm extremely happy with this nail salon. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience! Melissa does a great job on my nails! The gentlemen do a great job on my pedicure and always give me the best massage.

This is by far the best place in Lakeway for Nails and Lashes. Mylissa and her staff are ALL professional, the salon is clean and they actually care about their customers. They do lots of Nail designs and have the best pedicures. You will not be disappointed!

I love this place- it’s truly the best place for a pedicure that I’ve found. They always take their time (even when the place is packed) and they do a great job. I leave feeling so relaxed and I’ve always been happy with how my nails turn out.

AWESOME prices (pedi for $28 and mani for $18). Everyone was super nice and got us in on short notice. They were really sweet with my 6yr old and have great rates for kids mani and pedi too! We will definitely be going back!! Also I love that they offered us beverages while we were getting our pedicure!!

Probably my favorite place to get a pedicure in layaway. If you need a fast pedicure, this probably isn't the place to go; however, this is the best deluxe pedicure I've had. The staff is very thorough with everything they do. Two thumbs up, which equates to 5 starts

I love everyone here and always have a great experience. Nancy is the best and the only person in the world I let touch my eyebrows! They do a really great job with their mani-peds as well. Always love coming in!

Always have great service and Miss Nancy always takes great care of me and my daughter!! My acrylic nails have never broken and they always sanitize everything. Will continue to keep coming every month :)

On the massage part of a pedicure and manicure! Not only that they have clean utensils and do an amazing job on nails! I would recommend Quality snails to anyone!
