Jordan was a great help with getting my granddaughters tablet replaced. It only took him a few minutes to file the claim and have a new one on its way. It took one day to get it. Then he helped set it up in minutes. Thank you so much Jordan. I would recommend Sullivan Verizon for fast friendly service.

My son and I have both come in to upgrade our devices in the last 6 months. Jordan was able to get us a good trade in deal, was very helpful and efficient with all aspects of the upgrade

We stopped in on whim as I really needed a new phone and was getting no where online. Michael greeted us immediately and was extremely helpful. He got me the phone I wanted with a nice loyalty discount. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He didn't try to get us to buy anything extra or upgrade our plan. Definitely will be back!!

My husband and I think Jordan is probably the reason that store is still open. He is professional, he's responsible, and what he says he means and follows through with his word. It is very refreshing to have someone in the Sullivan store that's mature and knows how to run a business. In today's world Jordan is a rare find.

This Verizon location was very helpful, I had to get a lot of things in line, and both reps were very patient and I was able to get everything set up in a timely manner. Will be coming back! Michael and Jordan are great

I had not researched a phone contract and made a financial mistake for us. We are retired and a disabled veteran. My husband, 77, was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam in 1968 and we have fought this cancer and neurological issues for years. We are on a fixed income and just not able to afford a contract…. That Jordan is an absolute jewel, an angel I tell you!! He has been so helpful and kind and I feel so bad to have to leave but I just don’t have the money, to have this bill monthly. My experience at this store was amazing. Typically I go to Mattoon, but both Mattoon and Charleston were out of the phone my daughter needed so I was sent here. At this store, both Michael and Jordan were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to this location in the future!
