The staff are amazing! I had two associates help me find a part like it was an emergency. They were able to find my part with the use of their computer.
Great selection and clean. I highly recommend this store.

This store is FABULOUS. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They even help educate me on certain things such as pool chemicals and paint. I go here before hitting up Home Depot bc they go out of their way to help you out. Great place, great customer service.

We buy a lot of home needs here. They wont have evrrything you need, but still worth a shot.

Very helpful, needed some paint shaken and are gonna do it free of charge. 3 cans and only 1 was purchased there. Found items priced comparable to others places.

Carry a wide variety of things. Which is very convenient for a small town! Great customer service. Most times there is someone standing there asking what they can help you find as you walk in the door!

GREAT customer service!!! I always find everything I need. Recently I found a very tiny bulb which I had been searching for a very long time. It's wonderful to have a hardware store of this caliber in Sullivan, IL.

Beyond the convenience of a local store in a small town, I'm in awe of how knowledgeable the staff is here. I walked in the front door and a girl behind the counter asked if she could help me. I told her what I needed and she immediately said "Row H, right-hand side, bottom shelf". She nailed it.

Outstanding store with hands on owners. Busy, but not too busy to give great service. Went to see their Radio Shack department. It is well stocked and complete. A great operation.

I wanted a particular item I could not find in town. The ordered it and it came into the store in a couple of days. Excellent service.

I prefer going to Ace any day. I can get in and out quickly, and there is always someone there to help if I have any questions. Ace is the place!
