I want to thank Abbott's for creating a beautiful arrangement for my boy's dad, my ex and also a good friend. He was a U of I alumni and the arrangement was perfect. I added my own embellishment as he also loved golf and was a member of the Professional Putter's Associatioin. Thank you!

Use this florist! You know how you wonder what an arrangement is going to look like when you order long distance -- is it going to look as expensive as what you paid or are they going to send a small arrangement? Wonder not with this company! They will do you proud and your flower delivery will look like you spent a fortune!! The arrangement was gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, and they got in time to the hospital for one of our employees in Chicago (we are in Seattle) before she left after having her baby. Wow! We love working with small businesses, and that this one is woman owned was just the cherry on top. They are worth every bit of the well deserved 5 star rating they have! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I always use Abbott's to send flowers to my lovely aunt. The flowers are always gorgeous, and if staff need to modify anything, they call to confirm. When they could not reach her to deliver last fall, they called me and I got it scheduled with her. It's wonderful that I have such a reliable resource.

Abbott's was recommended to us by the bakery from which we got our wedding cake. We were frustrated by the lack of responsiveness from two other floral designers. Lisa @ Abbott's responded immediately to our request for centerpieces & boutonnieres. We described our vision and Abbott's delivered. The centerpieces & boutonnieres exceeded our expectations & our wedding guests all spoke to how amazing our flowers looked. Abbott's also worked with our bakery to make sure the flowers on our cake matched our centerpieces. I would use Abbott's again in a heartbeat. Don't be fooled by some of the "modern" florists in the area; the best is Abbott's.

I got my mother an orchid delivered for Mother's day. She is really excited to learn more about them and said this one is absolutely beautiful and the presentation is gorgeous. They delivered earlier in the day than I expected which was perfect because she started her day off with a lovely surprise and got to do some research before we talked on the phone later. Fantastic ordering experience, very easy to place and follow up on in addition to it being exactly on time. Thank you, Abbott's!

Abbott delivered such beautiful floral arrangements to church for our mother's service. Additionally, we received several floral arrangements and plants as gifts ordered through Abbott's - each was so fresh (flowers are still beautiful more than a week later), and beautifully presented. Delivery was timely and efficient, and as promised. We are so pleased with Abbott's.

My boyfriend sent me flowers via Abbott's Florist. The delivery guy was so nice. He apologized for waking me (it was 9am or something like that). He kept his van running to protect my flowers from the cold as he wanted to make sure I was here before exposing them unnecessarily. They were even wrapped! The arrangement was also beautiful.

I have often been disappointed when ordering long stem roses that on the day they were not perfectly open. No such problem here. They were absolutely gorgeous. We also ordered a florist's choice arrangement and I've never been happier. They were very beautiful. They worked with me on the phone very patiently to get just what I needed for my slightly unusual needs and I can't praise them too highly.

I am a florist and understand the challenges. I had a customer come into the shop today worried that she couldn't get a plant to her granddaughter today on her granddaughter's birthday. Abbott's we're so accommodating! They even sent her a picture of what she was sending.I will always use them and can't wait to tell my neighbors. They have a lot of family in Champaign. Blindly contacted Abbott's to have an arrangement delivered and I'm SO glad I did! They delivered it early the next day for a birthday and when I received the photo, the flowers were beautiful! I truly enjoyed speaking with the associate who was taking down my request- so friendly. I would choose them again in the future!

Abbott's did a beautiful job on our wedding flowers! We were planning the wedding from out of state and I was impressed with how Dee Dee talked me through the different options via phone! Everything turned out exactly as expected, and the flowers were even beautiful for over a week after the ceremony! Would definitely recommend.
