Walmart Supercenter

This particular store has expanded its inventory with a lot of new products that were not available before. It has also added a lot of new self check-out stations for faster and more convenient transactions. The new floor layout has resulted in slightly narrower aisles, but there is still ample space to pass by other customers. The key is to be mindful of one’s surroundings, practice common courtesy, and be patient, especially now that the holiday shopping season is in full swing.

Great prices, great variety.
I wish they would hire more check out People. That would be a nice way to pay us customers back; with better service at check out.

Its your standard Walmart, I stopped in for some groceries late on a Sunday night a few weeks ago and I easily found everything that I needed. I've never had a bad experience shopping here.

There are a lot of people that don't like Walmart, but it's amazing how many people are there to shop and find good prices. I find that their employees are very courteous and knowledgeable about their products.

Great Walmart, they have stock and it's on the shelf.

the Store went thru complete remodel. Love to shop there more than the other Walmart's in Champaign and Urbana.

The curbside pickup crew at the Savoy Walmart deserves a raise!! I had only used the Champaign Walmart in the past for shopping in-store, curbside, and delivery, and I think they are just completely understaffed and overwhelmed. The last four times I did curbside at that location, tons of things were out of stock and the wait times for curbside ranged from 45 minutes to an hour an a half. Switched to Savoy, I've been doing curbside with them for the last three months, and they are on top of it!! If something is out of stock, it's maybe two items instead of 10, and I usually get the text ping from them that my order is ready about 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup hour. All of the employees there have been so kind and friendly, and the longest I've waited so far after going about 9 times was 10 minutes. Great job Savoy! I'm so thankful for you guys, keep up the good work! :)

Also people in grocery pic up and delivery need fired very rude first I called they couldn’t hear what I asked about I tried to spell it out and they hung up on me I tried to call back and the answered then as soon as I tried to ask again he hung up again on me so I called back a third time hoping to reach someone else he answered called me a “thot” and hung up wow great customer service all cause you couldn’t hear what I said geesh hope you get written up. So I just decided to call another department to help me and they didn’t even have to and still did.

This Walmart is so Gucci, parking lot plowed, entrance salted, as much available as they could make possible in this storm. Help inside the aisles. Clearances , 24 hours a day open, the number one Supercenter is in Savoy!

The Manager Vince in the Customer service booth went above and beyond to help me a few weeks ago. Thank you! Ive had a really hard month and his help really made my hard month better knowing there are still people out there who care. Thanks again!!!

Just did some shopping 🛍🛒 like I usually like to @ the Beginning of the Month!! Nothing special Customer service was Awesome 👍😎💯🆒 Great Too!! Didn't have The Garbage 🗑 Bag's I was looking for and needed but found pretty much everything else I was looking for. So I'm happy about that But disappointed They didn't have the Waste Basket 🧺 Bags Owell hopefully another Wally World 🌎🌍 will actually have it other than that it was a good experience!!

I was able to find everything quickly and checkout effectively with the new checkout system!

I bought some items I left it at the store came back asked them if a person return my item. They couldn't locate it so they let me get another one . It was under $6.00 thank you and I know they are lacking workers .so it's hard for customer service to help people when your understaffed. Be understanding with them their workers doing the very best overworked understaffed. Still have a great attitude give them some slack be kind and respectful.

I shop THIS unit whenever possible. The Savoy unit is much cleaner, less cluttered, and has far fewer out of stocks than the other two Walmart Super Centers in the area. The customer service (returns) staff is excellent. The ladies that run the "self-checkout" area are ALWAYS helpful and FUN.

Yesterday evening I was at Walmart and cashier Kathy, she had blonde hair went out her way to help me. I just wanted to say thank you for your help and excellent customer service, I appreciate you. Great employee
