What an awesome group of professionals. Been around a lot of years and the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. Great atmosphere as well as professional. Dr. Uy, Kimberly and the one other young lady who did my scan were not only professional but pleasant to speak with and really spent time explaining things. The business office personnel were also very pleasant and respectful. Don't find this kind of service almost anywhere anymore. If you need any kind of dental work I work recommend them totally.

I had Lydia as my dental hygienist and she was very thorough, professional, and super kind! After she cleaned my teeth and gave me a summary of everything going on, Dr. Uy came in and checked for anything serious. He was also very kind and professional, both of them coached me on how to continue taking good care of my teeth! Honestly I have never had a better experience at a dentist office, this place is filled with the nicest people in Champaign. Highly recommend!

All the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Uy showed me compassion and understanding. He made sure I felt safe and comfortable. He took the time to really listen to all my concerns. His explanations for my treatment were clear and understandable. Thank you Dr. Uy and your wonderful staff. I can now smile proudly!!!

The entire staff was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about them! They walked us through everything from day one. My husband had 22 teeth pulled in one day and dentures put in the same day. They look amazing and he slept through it. They are so caring and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!

Doctor Uy is an utter professional. Beyond thankful that his team took such great care of my crown and fixed prior issues. They were extremely kind and friendly even on an early Saturday morning. My temporary crown was made an placed with great care as well!

I visited them yesterday as a new patient and the entire team was great! The front desk staff, my dental hygienist Brandi, my business team member Anthony and Dr. Wright were all amazing! Super friendly and thorough in their explanations of what they were doing as well as my dental plan moving forward. Highly recommend!

I've been there twice, and have mostly no complaints. They were quick, courteous, and helped me understand what they were doing and why.

The only complaint I have is I got a tooth cap, and I didn't know getting the white realistic looking tooth wasn't covered by my insurance. If I had known, I would've gotten a metal one, but I should've been more diligent about what my insurance does and doesn't cover.

This office is wonderful! They are always so kind and considerate. The dentist can be so stressful especially with teeth problems but they are so helpful and knowledgeably and really walk me through treatment plans so I understand everything. It helps me feel comfortable. 100% recommend

Was a new patient. Had Dr. Uy for my crown. Was genuinely impressed by their customer service. Can't remember last time I had this good of service at dentist office. Definitely recommend and I hope they continue maintain this standard for many years.

I was so panicked to get the extraction done. But, the dr. Alexandra and the team was very helpful. I usually don’t write any reviews. But, trust me it’s very affordable and they do it without any pain and make you feel comfortable.

Going to the dentist isn't generally a trip one looks forward to. However, the care team at Family Dental Care of Champaign were gentle, patient, attentive, and affirming, ensured pronouns and sensory needs were honored, and took the time to make and explain the care plan. I don't look forward to more dental work, but I do look forward to visiting again when the time comes. Thanks!

Dr Uy of family Ag, Dental Care of Champaign is the most kindest, gentlest caring Dentist I have ever met in my entire life and I'm 56 years old he listens to all of your questions he answers all of your questions. He doesn't rush you in anyway he is such a caring Dentist I would recommend him to anyone who wants a dentist that will listen to what you want and need and get You a dental treatment plan that will fit and suit your needs. I've had one Permanent tooth pulled At another dentist office once and it was the most painful experience I've ever had. I just had two teeth pulled from Dr.Uy And it was completely painless On day two I didn't even have to use Tylenol or anything for pain. Today is day three and it's almost completely healed. Such a wonderful experience

Awesome service. They got me in right away for emergency dental care. I don't have insurance, but their prices are super affordable. Hellen, Doctor Gregory Uy, and the rest of the Family dental team are awesome and made this whole experience comfortable and easy!

My Invisalign experience is going well. I had braces in my 20s and comparing that experience to this one is night vs day. The technology of Invisalign has truly changed the world of cosmetic dentistry. Fortunately, my teeth are healthy and straight so the time period for this experience will be relatively short, only 9-12 months instead of traditional braces 2-2.5 years. Family Dental Care of Champaign is a one stop facility ranging from simple cleanings and checkups to tooth extractions. Thankfully, my insurance covers many things and the out-of-pocket cost is relatively low-medium. The staff is extremely knowledgeable when answering one of the most important questions: “Is the procedure covered by insurance?” I highly recommend this dental facility.

I was in and out in 20 minutes for my regular cleaning. Very professional, did a great job, and I was happy to get back to work quickly. I’ve been going here for over 10 years.

I cant say enough about this office, Dr. Wright is amazing and personal, the front desk staff is amazing and quick. My daughter was placed on the schedule for an emergency and the staff took very good care of her and even made sure they followed up on her after care.

This place is THE BEST in Champaign 💪and the staff here are great ppl. Greatest dentist experience I've had and they made sure I was in no pain and was comfortable during my wisdom tooth extraction.
