Jet's Pizza

I KNOW Jets! I’ve eaten it all around the country and have some good and not so good. We went to get an 8-corner about :45 before closing and it was great! The workers were friendly too.

So tasty and reasonably priced! Their service is quick as well. Love the veggie dish. The ranch is a must!!

It was our first time eating at Jets. The cashier was extremely helpful. He went above the typical expected quick service to explain items and offer an extra deal not obvious at checkout. The Detroit-style pizza by the slice was fresh. It was crispy on the edges and completely cooked throughout the slice. The pop machine had an issue but the cashier remedied the problem with an alternate option. Overall, it was a wonderful first experience.

Usually call ahead or order online for pickup. Always ready when they say it will be. Good customer service.

First time eating at a Jets Pizza. The service was great. The pizza came out fresh and tasted delicious. I didn't care too much for the chicken bites because to me, they had too much breading on them. However, my step-daughter loved them. It's great to see some pizza places have not degraded to fake cheese to save cost. Jets pizza uses real mozzarella! The cost of our lunch was very reasonable. 8 slice Detroit cheese, order of 10 (maybe 12) chicken bites, 3 drinks and a chocolate chip cookie (pizza shaped) was under $40! We will return in the future. Thanks for such great service.

I have never been in this location. I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. It was very clean, as well. The employee who waited on me was polite, made me an awesome salad to go, and did an overall great job!

I ordered on Sunday, February 27, 2022 and the customer service was wonderful! I felt welcomed and definitely will be returning to the Springfield & Mattis location. My pizza looked beautiful and tasted amazing! I ordered online and it was fresh out of the oven by the time I came to pick it up at the designated time provided on the webpage and they were busy! Thank you to the Jets team for a great experience ♥

experienced a delivery /pickup issue at this store earlier this week. I spoke to Stacy, manager today who resolved the issue to my total satisfaction. They have superior customer service and kudos to Stacy- She even arranged for a free delivery for my last night here. will have to return to them next trip- thank you very much Stacy!

Great food and the pizza is good too! All employees I have encountered have given top notch service and made me feel loved. Thank you for always being on point and super fast! Way better than Monical's! The ranch sauce ruins Hidden Valley ranch forever!:) keep it up. Thank you!

The pizza slices were old but I liked the employees. Not sure i would go back and order pizza. It wasn't too exciting.

It's Jet Pizza. I suggest calling 15-20 minutes in advance, so you don't need to wait. The tables and dine in area are temporary closed because of Covid.
My favorite is Aloha BBQ. Check the prices before you order anything extra or add-on. It can be expensive.
If you come from a crowded city, like Chicago, parking is not an issue in Champaign. There are a lot, just don't take two with your car.

Most people are taken aback by the prices at first, but once you take your first bite you'll understand. The quality is in the ingredients. Hand made dough In-Store, fresh sauce and spices, and the best cheese money can buy. Highly recommend the Jet-10 deep dish, or the Hawaiian.

Always great service. Usually have delivery which is fine, this time I picked up because I was driving by.

First time here. Only problem was the large was really LARGE. Great flavor. And plenty to bring home. When we are in town again we will return.
