Our home buying journey began two years ago. We knew we wanted to sell our current home and buy a new one, but were unsure that it was possible because of our financial situation. Jim connected us with a lender that gave us excellent advice and set us down the right path. Jim checked in with us often and always found answers to my crazy questions. When the time finally came to sell our old home, Jim knew exactly what to do in order to make our sale go smoothly (including scheduling inspections for me!). Throughout the entire process, Jim was always quick to respond to my questions and was my cheerleader and therapist any time I was feeling discouraged. In the end, we found our dream home out in the country, within our budget. It wouldn't have been possible without Jim.

He answered every single question, took us to every single house we wanted to see (ALL over the map without judgement) and was incredibly professional, kind, and honest. My husband and I were looking for a second home close to the University where our son could also live while in college.
