Shields Ford Service is Excellent! On time, courteous and the service guy was Top notch. Smiled, greeted me by name and no run around, like other dealerships do. I highly recommend Shields Ford.

Mark Keyes, the assistant sales manager, helped me pick out my Jeep! This is my third one from him and you could tell how much I appreciate him helping me out! He’s really the best!

Dave Cassout was the salesman who helped my husband and I when we bought our car. He was exceptional with answering all our questions, what he couldn't answer he went immediately to find the answers, and he was very nice throughout the process. We didn't plan to buy the car, we were wanting to test drive and go home to think on it and to do more looking around. What happened is that I really loved the way the vehicle handled and though I was told "there was another person coming to potentially pick it up that day", my grandfather was friends with a previous Shields salesman who told me "don't ever let them give you the line, because it's 9 out of 10 times a tactic to rush you into the sale". Regardless of if it were a line or not, I've never been rushed into a car purchase, and I wasn't rushed into this one. I KNEW once I drove it and another vehicle that this was as close to my Edge that I would get without having to purchase another Ford. I love my new (to me) used car. I was worrying about having to put money into an extra key fob since they said it only had the 1 that he knew of. Two months after we purchased the car I received a message from Dave, THEY FOUND THE 2ND FOB!!! I was over the moon, and we couldn't thank Dave enough for all the help. We have taken the car in for the first maintenance visit as it came due, and Corey in the Service Department is amazing too! I was thrilled that he would take the time to walk me through the service list on the car, as well as explain anything that I did not understand. I would definitely come here first for our next car when we start shopping around again.

Used pickup and return service for a recall appt. The service is great and we didn't have to use two vehicles. The recall was quickly fixed.

We had a good experience buying our 2023 Ford Escape Hybrid from Shield in Rantoul. Our salesman was not pushy and very knowledgeable about the car. The service center is easy to deal with.
