These guys know what they are doing. I am actually surprised they were able to fix my PC. I usually resolve the issues myself when I have tech problems, but this time around was too much of a challenge for me. I like the fact that KJ didn't give up on my order, he spent multiple days trying to figure out what the issues were. He made sure I was satisfied with the results before returning the PC to me. Overall great service and great people.

He was very kind and went above and beyond to get my phone fixed for me, I was super grateful to have it fixed quickly. Also has many other services besides phone repair. I will definitely come back if I have other issues.

We had a cracked screen on a new phone and were told by a few different places that screen was unavailable. KJ was able to order a screen and he gave us the best rate. We ran into some other issues but KJ took care of them without a problem. He really helped us out! This is my phone currently. I had reset it from the computer because I forgot my passcode. The reset went fine but I could not operate it from the top so I could set my phone back up. Tech Ed was a LIFESAVER! I tried to do my setup for hours with no luck because of the screen damage. KJ was able to get me through the set up process in 10 minutes! Amazing knowledge, service, and money saver!

My 2 year old MacBook Air fried and I thought I'd have to buy a completely new one, but KJ really helped me out and gave me many options on how to go about getting it fixed. He really took the time to figure out what was wrong and communicated the process of fixing it with me. Now my MacBook is good as new and I couldn't be happier, highly recommend!
