Thank you for a great experience and workout! The WOD was the perfect balance between strength and cardio for all levels. The coaching and encouragement by the owner was motivating as well as the atmosphere. Gym was super clean and organized. Lots of equipment and machines. I left there feeling good about the workout and myself.

The owner and coaches are all great, helpful, and knowledgeable. Offers some Freespace to do your own things as well as structured programming. Programming consists of a Great balance of strength and cardio to help you avoid overworking muscle groups. Gym atmosphere is low ego, inviting, great knowledge, and plenty of equipment. Haven't been here in the warm months yet, but assume there will be plenty of awesome outdoor sweat sessions. Also haven't taken advantage of it yet, but I belive there is an open gym membership to use it outside structured crossfit hours to get that extra work in. 💪🏼

Highly impressed, Highly recommend. This staff is truly down to earth, very compassionate, friendly, upbeat and shows they are very dedicated and love what they do. Everyone smiles and encourages and you feel like "its your gym" not "just a gym". These Nicholas is such a great trainer and works hard and long days. Love it here!!!!

I love Illini-CF. I have been working out there for a couple of years now. I feel it like my second home, and I love my ICF family. When I got there, I could barely run and much less squat. All the coaches took the time to help me work on my weaknesses and improve my overall fitness. Derik, the head coach and owner, is super knowledgeable and encouraging. He has a laser eye that quickly identifies your issues and helps you work on them, giving excellent tips and queues. His keen eye is also evident in the quality of coaches he hires. Lexxi, Alex, Lauren, Steph, Kyler, Nick, John, Matt, all are great coaches. They are super friendly and with a real vocation to coaching and help improve your mobility, fitness, and overall well-being.

This is a phenomenal box. The coaches are passionate and knowledgeable. The community is strong and the programming is top notch. Wether you’re dropping in, looking for a new box, or thinking about trying CrossFit for the first time, ICF is the place for you. Never has a gym felt more like home.

Coach/owner, Eldon, does a great job teaching while being encouraging. The gym has a friendly, team atmosphere! The equipment is clean and well-maintained. Check it out!

Absolutely love the encouraging and friendly group that is Illini Crossfit. I went way out of my comfort zone over a year ago and have loved every minute of my experience there. Everyone is accepting and encouraging. Great place to get fit. Coaches are always correcting form and encouraging everyone to push themselves.

As a person who values fitness and community, I would definitely say Illini Crossfit encompasses both. Illini Crossfit offers a well rounded service for its members, with knowledgeable staff and coaches who are willing to support and guide you, fair pricing with regard to membership fees and great promotions, multiple class sessions, which is important for me as a graduate student; and, as mentioned before, a great culture of building community among its members. I signed up for a free trial and witnessed all these things first hand. And of course, the workouts are versatile and will have you sweating at the end.

I dropped in at Illini Crossfit for 2 weeks while I was in Champagne, IL for work, and had a blast working out here. The members are some of the most welcoming you'll find in the midwest, and they all know how to work hard. The coaches, Derik and Kam, are highly skilled and their programming is unmatched. The facility isn't massive, but that makes this gym ideal because you'll never get lost in the crowd. Derik and Kam are terrific coaches and give every single person doing the workout an equal amount of attention and technical coaching. I was able to PR my clean & jerk and my overhead squat simply because Derik was able to correct a few technical flaws I was making in both movements.

This is THE CROSSFIT GYM to go to if you're in Champagne-Urbana, whether you're looking to start a healthier and stronger lifestyle, or just dropping in from out of town.

A really great place to work out! The space is organized, clean, and the people are very friendly. The coaches are knowledgable and patient on teaching us proper technique and how to approach a workout.

Huge box! Amazing facility with great platforms for Olympic lifting. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.
