Rad Lad Games

Discovered this shop through a Facebook advertisement for a Pokemon trading event. Have attended events there several times with my son. They have been nothing but nice every time we’ve been in the shop! Great selection of Pokemon cards and other games. Highly recommend!

Rad Lad is an amazing game store with an awesome owner and a great community. It's a fun and safe environment for all ages to come learn about games and support a local business. I look forward to my visits every week for some Magic the gathering shenanigans!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store has a variety of singles from different TCG's, and is always stocked for new releases. Lots of events every week to participate in and get to know other people in the community. Follow their Facebook page for pokemon trade events and tournaments.

I recently attended a Pokémon mega trade event here and had a great time! The staff was all super friendly and I was able to make some great trades. I’m looking forward to attending again soon!

The place is great! Make you feel so welcomed if your new! I went in to get some lorcana and pokemon cards, they were such a great help! Even above and beyond helping with what I was looking for!

My children love Rad Lab Games. We never leave the store empty handed because they always have such a unique selections of games and cards. We have also enjoyed many of the great meet up and events in their store. The staff has always been very kind and patient with my kids. They always do a great job explaining items to my kids.

RAD LADS IS FREAKING AMAZING!!! If your in the Mahomet area stop on by! They have a ton of card games and it's an amazing atmosphere. Great people go there to play. It's really chill and relaxing. I go there to play some magic the gathering and every now and then some flesh and blood. But they also have a variety of other things. INCLUDING POKEMON PLUSHIES!!!!! All in all a great store and chill place!!!

A nice and clean shop, they have a really good selection of pokemon singles and sealed and love the trade events!

I have seen many advertisements on Facebook regarding Rad Lad. This is my first opportunity to attend an event. This event was Pokémon, both games and teaching people to play. My kids had so much fun. The owners and employees were so nice. The place is very welcoming and culturally diverse. It has ample parking. They also host Magic, the Gathering games. The kids got a small gift for participating in this special event. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely return. Well done!

Amazing place to play magic the gathering and Flesh and blood tons of fun i have had there and the monthly bolt actii tournaments and very welcoming to new players loads of good time to be had at Radlad games

This game shop is such a gem for the local and surrounding communities. Andy puts on fantastic events all month long for the kiddos and adults alike. Very welcoming and inclusive space, which is great for anyone looking for a safe social place. His prices are very competitive as well, so all of my sons allowance seems to disappear after every visit. Can't say enough great things about this place, I hope it only continues to grow and thrive!

This game store in Mahomet is wonderful. Andy and his staff are all very friendly, helpful, and amazing to interact with. They are great members of the community and treat everyone with kindness, respect, and caring. They are strong providers of tons of board games, card games, dungeons and dragons, miniature games, and all the accessories for this games. The store is always filled with stock for the previous mentioned games at good prices (no fighting with scalpers on the internet). They want you to have a great time at any events they host. I highly recommend coming to an event of any game you are interested and the community and Rad Lad Games will make sure you have a good time and hope you come out again. Rad Lad is fantastic.

How lucky are we to have a game store like this in Mahomet! I found a Dungeons & Dragons game kit there for my nephew for Christmas (after Andy posted a video explaining their D&D offerings). We are looking forward to more visits this summer!

Great little shop packed full of all sorts of treasures. There is something for anyone in here, of all ages.

If you have kids who are into pokémon you have to check out the trading card days. The parents just all stand back and let the kids do what they love, Look at pokémon cards, talk about them, and trade them with other people who love them just as much as they do. There has always been a nice mix of boys and girls at these events as well which is nice to see. The owner and staff are always very friendly and approachable for the kids to ask questions, look up card values, etc.

Great atmosphere. Good selection of stiff especially Pokemon cards. It's a smaller store but they manage to have a good selection and I saw people playing D&D when I came in on one of the three tables they have. You can tell it's a store there open to the community made to be a part of the community. We need more stores like this.

Rad Lad Games is the best local hot spot. Andy and the entire staff is amazing with kids and beyond helpful. I appreciate that they always converse with my boys and never treat them like “kids.” They honor their questions and are so knowledgeable

Rad Lad is the best addition to our town. My 9 year old visits weekly just to shop and that doesn't include the many events this place has going on. Andy and his crew are always so kind and helpful! I highly recommend Rad Lad and I will forever be supporting this business!
