UNFI Supervalu

I have been here multiple times and every time I have been happy on how everything goes. Checked in early and as soon as I parked in the staging area I was called with a door right in front of me, 45 minutes later got a text to pay the lumper and was in and out of there 1:30 staff was very nice and the process fast. Don’t mind coming back here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For the 1st time i actually had a good experience at an unfi usually it's a horrible experience. So i checked in at security gate they hand you a paper tell you to park & call the number. They'll ask for your info & load # then after everything is verified you get a door. Go into whatever recieving door pertains to you Dryvan/ reefer. Walk in go to window give em paperwork and go back to the truck until they call you for paperwork & if applicable a lumper fee. In & out in about an hour or so. There's a washroom & cafetería upstairs by door 77. Stay safe!

Early check in at 12am for a 130am appointment. Quick door assignment and unloading begin just 15 min later.

Unfi was very professional, very clean outside and I was in and out in a few hours.
I like that even though it's a busy establishment, they still managed to get it done in a timely manner.

appointment at 5 am. arrived at 4:45. 4:57 got the door. left at 5:40

Just weird how nice everyone is, how smooth the dock process was, and how fast the lumpers unloaded, plus cheap lumper fee. They stagger the doors mostly so even newer drivers can get some practice without issues here if you need it. Overall 10/10. Even the guards were polite when I showed up way to early. (9:30pm is soonest u can show)

I arrived at 2021. The gate opened around 2030, and I checked in around 2100. My appointment was 0001. My trailer was unloaded at 2253. Don't know if overnight parking is available. They have a lot of room for parking

Appointment was for 5:00 am checked in at 22:00 pm got a door at 22:30 pm. Unloaded at 12:05 am. Wish everyone would work like they did this time Five stars ⭐ Good job guys keep it up 👍

Before I came here I thought will take forever to unload because of the reviews but they were nice people easy check in out very quickly also maybe my lumper was prepaid that’s why

I’m a new driver and I was struggling with backing up to the dock door. No excuses except inexperience and I’m from Florida learning to maneuver when it’s snowing!! Anyway, I was feeling pretty embarrassed and pressured because I was taking too long and I know they have a schedule. One of the staff from Unvi came outside and helped direct me in. I am grateful for the help and encouragement. There is no overnight parking here but there is a Road Ranger truck stop about 8 miles away. Once you get here, it’s quick getting your door and fast unloading by lumpers. It was the most reasonable lumper fee that I have seen.

Arrived at 9:30 PM for 10:30 PM appointment and was out of there by 10:40 PM.

Was expecting much much worse because I always read reviews but, I was in a door by 9pm and out by 10pm. My appointment was 22:30

Held up at shipper Tyson, 5 hrs late leaving. Rang customer at 10pm for 2am appointment and explained situation, arrived at 4.20am and got a door immediately. Just over 2hrs unload, everyone very friendly from guard to receiving.

I had a great experience delivering here. Got there 1 1/2 hours early and was given a door immediately. I was unloaded and on my way in less than 3 hours. Everyone was polite and easy to interact with.

Shipping supervisor Alvarez is amazing!!! Went out of his way to help us with a missed delivery appt due to the truck not being loaded in timely manner! Thank you so much and Keep up great work!

Checked in an hour before appt. Docked promptly. 3 and a half hours to empty with bills. The load had a very big break down I understand why it took so long

I drive trucks so I delivered to this place easy and easy out I don't like paying the lumper fee $119 but it is what it is.

Very quick and nice people too. I mean Really nice. In and out within one hour for few pallets. Reasonable lumper fee. Restrooms are available for drivers.
Overnight parking ? I DON’T THINK SO. I doubted. Not 100% sure. Truck stop “Road ranger “ is five miles from this facility.

Frankly speaking the least load that I did for UNFI was eleven years ago. Since then I avoided UNFI load due an experience I hard at UNFI @ York, PA. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Therefore my Visit to UNFI in Urbana, IL made me rethink/reconsider for hauling UNFI loads again.

One of my Favorites! Parking available at a nearby truck stop-Road Ranger.
Frozen deliveries start checking in at 21:30. u will be directed to park at the staging area till u get a call from receiving. Unloading starts at 22:30. After that it was just a piece of cake. Easy in easy out.

I deliver here often. Appt time was 4:30 am this trip show up 2 hours early plenty of parking in the gravel lot in the back. Got in door upon arrival unloaded in 1 hour. Staff is always professional and nice
