Friendly Dr and staff. I went in same day with a broken tooth , in a great amount of pain. I was taken care of within an hour I was heading home tooth extracted and feeling much better. Thank you so much for being there for me in my time of need and taking such good care of me. !

Aspen dental in Florence is the place to go! Everyone one that guided me through my first experience in a while to a dentist made me feel safe and at home! I suggest everyone in need of dental work give them a call.

I had a wonderful first time experience with all the staff members and the lead assistant Raelyn, was really helpful and did a great job walking me through and gentle with the X-rays! I definitely recommend you going!

They did their best to take care of me and explained everything to me. I was a first timer at Aspen and was very nervous. I wish I had known more about what to expect but that was my fault. They were all very nice to me. I came back later in the year and what they told me was true, I got my teeth pulled and fitted with new dentures. They have the best warranty and will be taking care of me as adjustments are made as my gums heal.

The branch manager was very thorough checking insurance coverage and making sure things were affordable for me. The girls in the office were very professional and friendly.

I love Aspen dental, not only is the dentist that I have very sweet very understanding the tech is amazing this was a hard time for me to get my teeth pulled they have worked very hard with me to make sure I'm very comfortable to make sure my dentures fit before I leave the secretary is very sweet she knows me as soon as I come in she calls me by my first name which makes me feel very comfortable she's very friendly the lady that does my that does the you know collection and you know does the belly awesome very awesome she's amazing very sweet very consoling she always fits me in make sure that I'm taking care of very well and so yeah Aspen dental I would recommend to anyone yes I love Aspen dental they're an amazing dentistry thumbs up you guys y'all work very hard you know they've had dinner set quit on them and whatnot and may have accommodated me for that where I am taking care of and yeah they are very good wholesome family oriented very accommodating

I had a wonderful experience with Aspen Dental in Florence, KY for my first time. My old dentist office closed & I went to Aspen to complete my items needed to still be finished. I had the most in-depth treatment exam more than ever before in my life! Top it off they did whatever they could to help me financially, including giving me a nice discount off my portion of payment & hooked me up with a financing company. Look forward to see how well the procedure goes! I’ll keep you posted . 😋

Absolutely amazing!! The dentist Sarah was so friendly and really made you relaxed. The tech talked you through everything and had an awesome personality, and the new office manager was super sweet. She went through three different options with me and was very understanding. I would recommend them to anyone

It was a very warm and inviting environment. All the staff is great with children. I brought my 6 year old daughter to my appointment and the staff talked to her sang songs with her gave her paper and pens to color. We both had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental

I had tried to schedule an appointment ND the next appointment they had was Oct 14th in East Gate so I took it and the nice lady on the phone told me that if my pain became unbearable I could go to the office as a walk in and see if they could accommodate me. The next day my pain was excruciating ND I couldn't even sleep the night before so I went to the Florence location to see if they could fit me in as a walk in and I could see they were very busy but the Dr said she could do an exam but she had 2 surgeries and depending on how long those took would determine whether or not she would be able to do my extraction! They took x-rays and unfortunately my tooth was infected so she couldn't do the extraction anyway due to the infection not allowing me to be numbed properly so she gave me an antibiotic to kill the infection and scheduled me for the following week. I'm very grateful that they even took the time to do the x-rays and exam and gave me antibiotics because a lot of the pain has already subsided! They are very accommodating and caring and I am very glad I chose to go to Aspen Dental.

Went to Aspen Dental- Florence location for broken tooth which has been causing a lot of pain. My normal dentist was on vacation and I didn’t want to wait another couple weeks to have tooth looked at..This was the best decision I could have made. From the time I walked in the door everyone was so helpful and kind. The dentist was amazing and we took care of the tooth extraction while in the office. My appointment could not have went any smoother and I will definitely go back for my routine visits. I now have a new dentist and will continue to go to Aspen Dental.
