Ross really came through tonight. I was trying to get some clothes last minute for an Easter Vacation and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I wanted to give Idalia a shoutout - she was very helpful and assisted me along the way. Guest service was on point, the store was well maintained, and the selection was solid!

Had a pleasant experience here. I can’t visually shop in a store with messy aisles and clothing racks that are falling apart, but I never have that experience here. Prices are good and I’ll be returning.

Great shop. Great selection of designer brands at amazing low prices. Clean and organized store. Women Men children and home selections. I recommend this store for finding unusual items. Also great prices that are even lower than the competition in designer discounts. Returning is easy also.

The first time I was introduced to Ross was in Las Vegas and I was so excited at the clothing, the styles, the name brands and the prices; when they brought Ross here to be honest I went to the one in Tri-County and I wasn't all that please but when I visited the one in Florence Kentucky oh my God I had to run out of there. I was buying and buying it felt like Vegas. I was told that not all the stores get the same items all I know is that the next time I go to Ross it'll be in Florence Kentucky.
