Clean, well maintained. Easy to park. Have florist, minute clinic and sushi - which are not always available in all Krogers. The Starbucks location inside the store also allows you to order ahead.

Near the Starbucks there is a small seating area.

Good to be back home in the midwest after 25 years away. I was really excited by the 3 full row of chips and snacks and dipping cheese as far as the eye can see. This is not readily available on the coast. Cherish it!

Young man named José assisted me in self check out and was exceptional! Most polite customer service I’ve ever received and a positive attitude even though I was having trouble.

Just so you know, this Kroger has the smallest sushi selection compared to the Ft. Mitchell and Union locations. But I do like the California Roll, which can be found at any location, and boy was it delicious. Overall, pretty nice Kroger that seemed clean and organized.

Great salad bar, pasta bar and about eight different types of olives. The beer selection was absolutetly mind boggling! What a great store! I hear the new one in Union Ky is just as nice. I will visit it next time.

I live very close to this Kroger, so I frequent it often and the staff who work in the deli department is very kind and remember my order

This Kroger has the best produce we’ve been able to find in the immediate area.

They also sell 5 gallon water bottles (something surprisingly difficult to find in other places in the area)

I visited this while in Kentucky. I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner store. I work for Kroger in Columbus, Ohio. You all are doing a fantastic job!

I work in a nursing home and I came up there today with 2 elderly residents and an employee named Kat was AMAZING. She helped them get to our van and helped me get them in and helped load their groceries . Above and beyond excellent and I appreciate her very much !

Biggest Kroger store I’ve ever seen. Well kept, clean & good selection of organic produce and organic other products.

Bought a birthday card for my daughter and a gift

This location is much nicer than the one in erlanger. Seems cleaner or newer too. Has a lot more to offer but the extra stores inside Kroger are useless for me, however I like the concept. I was impressed with how much more stuff seemed to be stocked at this location. It felt nice to be in this store. The self service lines were fast and the lady running the kiosks was friendly.

Huge place, wide selection! Kroger has gotten much better at organic and even fair trade products at good prices. This is very important for me. Their own in house products are organic not just in food stuffs, but also in personal hygiene products. They also off a wide selection of other branded organic products as well. We typically go to the Union store, but. but this store is a bit larger with a bigger selection.

Probably the best Kroger I have been to before lockdown. Since lockdown they have secured the position as best Kroger with great pickup service. Their stock is always better than other stores. If you're looking for the best store for pickups it is here.

WOW! This was the hugest Kroger I've ever been in

One of the nicer Kroger super centers. Cashiers are very nice and welcoming,. The produce section is second to none; such a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, that I don't see in other stores. The Kroger app. Also makes shopping here even better; because of the electronic coupons.
