I purchased a shirt for my daughter online and went to pick it up and the associate that helped me was the kindest lady ever and unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she was awesome and when I told her I was picking up an online order she said that she would get it since, the store was really busy. She made the whole experience very easy and made me a happy customer. So I will definitely return in the future to this location.

Who doesn't love Spencers? I'm pretty sure I've loved it since the early 90s.. they have many adult entertainment things, funny cards, clothes, household items, patches, buttons, stickers, belts, rope, toys, chokers, earrings, belly button rings...party supplies.. lots and lots to choose from!

Last night I was looking for a Golden Girl's cup for a b-day gift. The cup was on up very high on a shelf. The gentleman working was in the middle of an inventory count and stopped what he was doing, got a ladder and picked out the best looking cup. I really appreciated that. ☺

This Spencer's is so fun and friendly. There is always someone there to help or answer questions. Prices are reasonable but ts a specialty store so it will be more expensive bc of the products.

Some of the jewelry seems too small for adults, but other than that its a great store that manages to stay on top of their game even in the era of online retail dominance.
