Critter Care is, without a doubt, the best veterinary option in the area. Dr. Robbins and Dr. Ames have been truly spectacular with our two pooches. Upon the recent passing of our dear Jager, the handwritten note that came from Dr. Robbins was incredibly comforting. During our next appointment with our other dog, Cleo, Dr. Robbins took the time to answer all the questions about the Jager's death and about the current health of Cleo. His kind and compassionate demeanor is not only soothing to our dogs, but to us as well. We moved, but still drive all the way to CC for this great service.

Amazing place and very informative. Our pup had a spay and they kept her overnight to make sure she was good to come home. I received a call after her surgery as well letting me know she was ok and how she was doing. During the pickup I was informed on how to take care of her and answered any questions I had. They even called me the next day after bringing her home to see how she was doing! They truly care for their patients and it shows through and through!

Critter Care is by far the best veterinary office I’ve ever experienced. The care is exceptional! Dr Robbins is the most compassionate and knowledgeable vet !! I never feel pressured into anything and he doesn’t throw every test under the sun at you when you discuss your pets problem. I can’t say enough about this office!

Amazing vets, wonderful staff! I cant say enough positive things about Critter Care, the staff, and Doctors. I never feel rushed, or that we are just a number. Vets are truly interested and very invested in your animals. Being in animal rescue for so long I have seen many vets in my day, and this practice is where I would go for my rescues, and personal animals. They all are truly invested in the health and well being of my Bella, and fosters i have brought there.
Communication from front end staff all the way to the doctors has always been positive! I love the text reminders, and the ability to add her appointments to my Google calendar.
If you are looking for a practice for your furbaby search no more...this, hands down, is the best practice I've been to, and they are affordable as well!

A dedicated team of professionals. I'm especially grateful for their compassion and love during the difficulty of elderly pets passing away. They don't rush you out and allow you to leave when you are ready. I've always felt listened to and given all of the possible options with treatment. Dr. Robbins is the best vet I have used. He truly seems to care about every single animal and pet owner.

This is a great clinic. The veterinarians and staff are kind and helpful. The space is clean. My dog had many health issues (stomach sensitivity, arthritis, and hip dysplasia to name a few). The veterinarians here took great care of my dog adjusting medications and food as needed. They did a great job of listening to me and giving me good advice. They were consistent and fair in their pricing. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

We were unsure when we had experienced another vet try to milk us for as much money as they could. I read reviews for critter care and was not disappointed. We have a 14 year old Shepard with a tumor. They were understandably kind and understanding that the age of the dog there are only so many options. She being still alert want her to continue to be with us as long as she can. They gave us options and will now take care of our younger dog as well. As a long term pet owner I suggest them for any pet .

I’ve taken two out of our three animals to Critter Care (one cat & one dog). They’ve been fantastic every time. We’ve seen Dr. Fagan in the past and yesterday we saw Dr. Robbins. They’re both fantastic and it’s obvious that they love what they do and the animals they care for. I wouldn’t take our furry kids anywhere else.

We have been bringing our furry family members to Critter Care for over 15 years. Dr. Robbins and staff are professional, caring, and knowledgeable. My sweet girl Roxie is always the exception to the rule and they are always thorough and treat her as their own. Highly recommend!

Critter Care’s staff have always been very courteous, kind, and attentive. I’ve had 4 different pets since becoming a regular at their clinic several years ago and they’ve always treated each one with appropriate care. A talented and mindful clinic!

Critter Care gives outstanding care to my dogs. The staff is patient, helpful, courtious, and knowladgeable. The staff has been amazing at communicating my pet's progress before and after my pet's surgeries. I had visited many other vets who couldn't explain my senior dog's bad breath and only to give her antibiotics and for her bad breath to remain. Critter Care removed her rotten teeth and now her breath and over all mouth health is much better. The price for care can't be beat. I highly reccomend Critter Care.

We absolutely love Critter care and all the vets and staff!! We have had 8 dogs over the past 20 years and we will never go anywhere else. Dr. Robbins has been so helpful, compassionate and kind,... in even our last and darkest days with our beloved pets. We have lived in the Oswego area for over 21 years and have visited other vets, but Critter Care has our loyalty. This place just feels like home to us and that’s why we continue to make the drive. The always go above and beyond to make sure my dog is comfortable & feels safe. He actually gets excited to go to the vet , which says a lot. They are nothing but flexiable and have been doing amazing during all of the craziness of COVID! I highly recommend critter care to anyone looking for a vet.

We love Critter Care. We have been driving to our previous vet in Beloit, Wi because we felt comfortable there. Recently we had emergency concerns with our dog, Cooper. We had received a recommendation to this clinic awhile back. When we met Dr Robbins and staff, we immediately felt comfortable with them. They are very caring and compassionate towards our furry baby and us. Unfortunately our furry baby had a large mass on his spleen and abdominal bleeding, which led us to made to make a difficult decision. Dr Robbins and staff were very comforting and professional during this difficult process. We will definitely trust them for our future furry babies! Becky Lucas

Everyone at this location is truly special and cares about every pet they see like their own family member. They always take great care of my dog Bleu and Sam is always delightful to speak with! They're simply the best around.

Took my 9 year old Rottweiler to critter care for a second opinion regarding a growth on his gums. We went to critter care based on all the positive reviews on a towns facebook page. I am very happy we did. They took great care of khan and was priced very reasonable. We now have a new addition Enzo, our 12 week old Rottweiler puppy and we will only be bring both dogs there. I hear they were bought out by a larger company, I hope they maintain all this vet has to offer. Care, Compassion, value.

We have seen three different vets at this practice over the last two years with our three dogs. The staff is always professional and knowledgable. When our sweet, old dog was ready to cross the rainbow bridge everyone involved was incredibly kind and compassionate. Would highly recommend this practice!

We have a dog reactive boxer/mastiff. Critter care scheduled us when the office was calm and helped get us in and out with as little stress as possible for our fur baby. They were professional and understanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better first visit!
