I am so happy to have found Mounce Automotive. They do a terrific job on my 2014 Buick Enclave. The service manager and service writer there are fantastic at what they do. I love my new Cooper tires that I purchased from them. No more sliding around. Thank you!

We are really pleased with Mounce. Friend recommended and not disappointed. Fast, honest, and respectful to my wife, who manages the maintenance schedule. Welcome change from the service stations at the car dealers that give my wife thousands of dollars of estimates on repairs we don't need. It is just a few min extra to get there via an easy cruise on old route 66.

Have always been impressed with this shop. They give good prices on the work they do and are quick with their service. They keep the vehicle clean while working on it. And my favorite part in working with them is they seem to recommend only what is absolutely necessary to be done. Several times, I have asked if I needed to get certain work completed on it and each time I have asked, the technician told me what was necessary at the time as well as what to look out for and what not to worry about. Great service! My husband and I had some issues on the road and happened to pull off the highway near this shop. We lucked out, we were helped right away and our problem was diagnosed and taken care of within maybe 20 minutes, with no charge! Turned out it was a loose panel. I wish we could come here regularly for our mechanic work, everyone was so nice and clearly honest. Hearing some loud rattling sounds on the road is scary, we were lucky to come across this shop.

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Nightmare job for them that they handled flawlessly. Engine failure in my 4Runner. Zach found an engine and picked it up personally before bringing it back to install. After engine install, discovered the cats were bad due to taking an anti-freeze bath during the initial engine failure. We found some after market manifolds which can always be a nightmare. Once we got those installed, in order to keep the CEL codes clear, Zach called the mainfold company and a few other aftermarket companies to figure out a solution to get the codes to stay off. If they can handle this job, they can do anything you need. Throughout the entire process, Zach or Quinten were calling to keep me in the loop and discuss options. Great communication all the way around. Fair prices and amazing guys. Can't beat that.

Trusted Service. I have never been blindsided by Mounce. The staff feels knowledgeable. Location is easy, between a parts shop and a car wash and the price has always been fair. Quick service, kind employees.

My pop up camper’s leaf spring broke while I was on 55. I was recommended Mounce by another service station and while they were unable to do the repair, they secured a tow and a place to get it repaired.
I am very grateful for the help they supplied.

Post is really late but I was going home on leave from Great Lakes IL and my cars tire popped luckily my car made it to this shop where I found Zach I think was his name he told me he served in the marines but man this guy was a big help I would recommend this company to anybody great people and great service . Thought for certain my starter went out. Mounce discovered it was just a bad battery. I would definitely recommend them.
