Buona - Bolingbrook

This is a well-managed Buona! The drive thru is usually pretty speedy and the quality of their italian beef has never let me down. Hot dogs are pretty good, too. Protip: get their classic 7" italian beef with hot giardiniera and tell them to BAPTIZE it! (that means they drown the sandwich in the juice before wrapping it up, making it messy and 100% delicious)

I have been coming to this location for a few years now and overall my experience has been great. The workers are very friendly, attentive and the food is ready when promised. I order on the app and the orders are accurate. Food is a great temperature. This is one of the few restaurants in Bolingbrook that’s worth going to. They’re really consistent.

I can always count on the food being fresh and delicious every visit. The employees that worked there are all very kind and helpful. I definitely eat here more than I should but it's so darn wonderful. If you haven't tried definitely do. You'll definitely be coming back again and again.

Received great service from Anai. Food was fresh and meaty. Buona Beef is great. It always surpasses my expectations better than Portillo's. Restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh and taste great. Dessert brownie is to die for. I go there at least twice a month. Great job Anai and Bolingbrook.

Service-Went through the drive thru at 1130am. Several cars in line but orders filled quickly with little wait.

Food-their beef is the best! Hands down they are the winner! The meat is so flavorful with just the right spices to leave the inside of your mouth with a nice and warm feeling! The bread is delicious, too! Top it off with fries and it is a delicious meal. Will definitely be back!

Today, I had the pretzel bun cheese burger w chips. A ton of flavor! My wife tried the chikin artichoke panani sandwich. Thumbs up.

Since 3/18 we have made use of the drive thru. Thank you to the staff for fast and friendly service. The key to the drive thru is try to preorder. may/ 212020 I had the eggs n pepper sandwich, great seasoning. The combo w sweet peppers is always a great treat. Aug 2022 a real chicago hotdog-minus the pickle . I ate first. Woohoo ! Permanant RAINBOW ICE CREAM. Notice the real rainbow in the backdrop. Jul 23 I didn't realize they dropped the subsandwich. Had the chicsgo dawg and the spicy dash. Delicious.

The service was AMAZING per usual can’t get much better than the experiences we have had here, the food is phenomenal usually there’s always one thing on a menu that is just ok or bad but not here. Everything and I mean everything is perfectly cooked and great. The atmosphere is great and everyone there is having a great time. GO HERE NOW, you will not be disappointed!

I've never been disappointed with the food here. Everything that i have ever ordered is excellent.
The beef, cheese burger, and strawberry salad with walnuts are my particular favorites.
A real plus is that you can get a rainbow cone for desert if you're so inclined as Rainbow cones are now available every day!

No frills restaurant great for takeout. Amazing beef sandwiches, hot dogs and fries. Love that they give the options for "well done" fries. Let's face it, this place is Portillos without the retro dining vibe. I'd say the food and value are better here, but the atmosphere isn't on par. I've still given 5 stars overall as I personally am happy to get takeout and focus on the food.

Also the rainbow cone ice cream is fun, highly recommend the ice cream cookie sandwich!

Was looking for dinner one late night and glad thus place was open around 8.30pm! Not crowded at all, service was fast and staff was super friendly. Food was really good! Had the crispy chicken sandwich and fries, bomb. Will definitely be back for more !

We love ordering from here. The vegan beef that my husband gets is shockingly delicious! I ordered a hot dog and broccoli cheddar soup online. They called to let us know they were out of the broccoli cheddar, but more than made up for it with awesome customer service!

Food is always good. Did seem like my regular sized beef was smaller than in the past

Came in after White Sox game as we won a free beef. I haven't been in a really long time and I am so glad I came in not only was my beef extremely good but they also had the MLB Draft on the TV total win. The beef was hot, fresh and made extremely well. The gal that brought our food to table was really friendly and made us feel appreciated (which is hard to come by now). They even have a rainbow cone inside this location, pretty neat. Overall very happy we came and I will definitely be back even more.

We were the first ones in for lunch, and they had everything clean and ready to go for dine in. They were plenty friendly at the counter and brought the food out quickly. They also had someone bussing tables which I was not expecting for this type of fast casual restaurant. Overall, my wife enjoyed her beef and enjoyed the plant based beef as well. Have been there several times and have had good experiences with the drive-through as well.

Besides the beef and sausage, the fries are out of this world, you can keep Red Robins fries🤮

Employees very pleasant. If by chance a mistake is made they are quick to fix it and don't argue about it.

The food here is sooo good and you can't go wrong with anything that you order. Seriously the best beef sandwiches and hot dogs and some of the best pizza and pasta that you can get in the area.

Everything was made to order. Individual pizzas were hot and fresh. Beef sandwich with mozzarella cheese and extra juicy. Fries were great. If you don't mind waiting 5 or 10 minutes you definitely can't go wrong with Buona Beef. You order comes out fresh. You don't get something that's been sitting under a warmer for some time. Staff was extremely warm and friendly.
