Jewel-Osco

One of my favorite grocery stores to get to. The Staff is ALWAYS very helpful, professional, and friendly! The store is well stocked, which is a big reflection of the attention paid by Management to keep up with keeping orders timely. Periodically, there's an item out of stock; but, that's typically from an unusual issue with availability or seasonal high demand.

Prices are another matter (that are too high) but are reflective of our current Government and the rest of the Industry! Jewel appears to be bending over backward to keep their prices competitive. There's great deals (especially with their App, U something!).

I just hope they can survive the current situation with the Market, Industry, and current Government! We can't have them leave like Dominick's did awhile ago. I'm hoping for a major change in 2025 if we can kick to the curb the total failure of this Administration! Both State and Federal!

Excellent customer service. Great organic selection. People at the deli counter were very nice. The people at the customer service desk were very quick to deal with the issue in the men's restroom. I was very happy with this shopping experience. I will be returning to this particular Jewel Osco again! Job well done.

This Jewel always has the best people and I just discovered something new. Not only do they have hot grilled chicken and hot fried chicken they are one of the few that carry hot jerk chicken. Oh my gosh I found a new favorite. And at my favorite store. I'm in heaven.

Pharmacy staff is always pleasant and willing to go the extra step.

This location quickly became my main grocery store after moving to the area a couple years ago. I tried a couple of other nearby Jewel stores, and found it was worth the extra few minutes to come here.

Store is always clean, well-organized and mostly well-stocked. I also like that it's not super cramped as some Jewel stores seem to get.

I also use this as my primary pharmacy, the lead pharmacist on staff is great.

Besides those specifics, it's what you'd come to expect from a Jewel; not the cheapest, but not overpriced either, decent sales, good blend of product varieties.

Nice location. Deli, bakery, meat & produce departments are always well maintained and staffed.

Always clean at this location. Prices seem to be higher than other places I shop at but at least you can charge your car while you shop. Deli person was great yesterday

Got to say I haven't showed at Jewels in a long time . It has changed for the good. Very nice and clean and from what I could see all their cash registers were open. And the employee's are there willing to help you. 5+ stars .

I absolutely love this place! I come here quite often. Whether it is going to the pharmacy, getting groceries, or ordering it from the deli, the staff is pretty friendly overall. In addition, the store bakes really great desserts. They have taken care of us over the years for every holiday.

Jewel-Osco is a supermarket similar to Meijer or Walmart but on a mich smaller scale. They have a good variety of products for their size. The produce is limited but fresh.

I shop at Jewel for specific things my deli meats, fresh cut strawberries, certain seasonings and a few other things because I can depend on the freshness and I know that 9 times out of 10 they'll have it in stock. This location is ALWAYS clean and the employees are nice and very helpful. I'm not too happy that Jewel stopped selling Swissconsin Munster cheese but other than that their still one of my faves. The deli now closes at 4:00p DAILY so get there early for your deli needs, that department is understaffed.

Shopping prices are up everywhere, but, if you watch the ads and use the just for u, I saved over $53 on my last shopping trip to Jewel.

I was looking for a package of strawberry Pazcki and Lou, a very pleasant young man working in the bakery found one last box for my husband. Then I asked Lou if they had hot cross buns and he said they were in the freezer and brought me 2 packages. Lou went above and beyond and it made my day!
I am handicapped and Nick cheerfully assisted me by putting my groceries in my car for me.

Okay, it's not Giant Eagle, but it's the closest thing I have been able to find in Bolingbrook. I usually visit several times every week for the majority of my household needs. It has improved a lot in the years I've been in town.

Moved around the Naperville area about a year ago. Have been visiting different area Jewel stores. This location is by far the cleanest, best stocked & largest one around the area. The only regret is that I didn't seek out the manager to tell them so!!

This Jewel is by far one of the best I have visited. Clean store helpful staff. They even help you out to the car without being asked if you have a large order. If you havent visited here please do so, you wont be disappointed.

This Jewel seems on the smaller side, but that just makes it a quicker stop. They have most everything found at other locations and parking is easy with spots constantly opening up.

The store was clean and well stocked. Prices are comparable to Meijer. Jewel have much better variety of "Ice" drinks & Chobani yogurt!! Jewel also carry flavored Organic Valley half and half which is a must have for me and Meijer do not they use to but as late stopped. I also like Jewel brand of Angel food cake it is very tasty and moist. So with that said I'm finding myself shopping at Jewel more now than in the past because of selections and prices.

Went to buy me some ice cream. Glad they had the flavors I wanted.

Tina, Donna, and Sue are great every time I go to the deli department they are always very helpful. Despite the fact that I've seen them deal with extremely rude customers while waiting in line. Definitely would say great customer service.
