Lowe's Home Improvement

My mom is now fond of plants and I decided to just gave her a few of it and of course pots just to have it place and for it to look better in her house. I do not have a store in mind other than Lowe's and I went in here earlier this week. The place is very clean and organized. I went there at night and there is still much people that time inside the place. The layout is easy and I got to find the selections of the plants, pots and all that I needed to buy easily. I just randomly picked the plants I bought and I chose those that I haven't seen in her home. but when it comes to the pots, I got a little hard time choosing which to buy because everything seems pretty and cool. Their selection of it is really amazing and I got to buy wonderful pots. The prices are average and definitely not that I can say expensive. Also, the staffs they have here are very friendly and helpful not to mention a staff helped me on choosing a better design of pots. I had a good time buying in this store and I definitely highly recommend it.

We recently completed a kitchen and mudroom renovation. Our kitchen designer Nancy was a pleasure to work with. We had several bumps in the road throughout the process and I feel she always walked the line between our needs and the manufacturer with professionalism. I do not hesitate to recommend Nancy to others.

Ordered washer & dryer online. Installers said we need stacking kit, didn't install. Then we were given incorrect stacking kit to purchase. But Joan from this store to the rescue. She checked everything out for us, double checked with a manager & told us who to contact & what to do over the phone. Thank you Joan in appliances, you're the best!!

Girl Home Depot. So I love it. HUGE indoor and outdoor plant selection. Way more variety in choices for house design/decorating/making it look like a magazine. Even the inside looks nicer than the dude stores. Little more lighting, WAY cleaner bathrooms.

But if you have to actually build/fix things I’d probably try here first but might not have what I need if it’s a little obscure.

We just had a wonderful experience at Loews in Bolingbrook. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, particularly Linda at checkout. She was so nice it will bring us back !

I had an issue with a Kolbalt tool and the manufacturer reffered me to the store. Mark, the assistant store manager, handled the situation in a friendly, professional manner. Thank you Mark!

Great time. Santa was there and we had a picture taken with him. Great idea. We purchased a new like for our kitchen .

Lowes has become my new favorite home center for many of my hand tools. If you have not been to Lowes recently, you may want to stop by. They have been discounting a lot of there Kobalt and Craftsman tool sets. I have filled all of my hand tool voids and then some. Also, Kobalt's hand tools come with A no questions asked warranty.

I've had bad experiences at the Naperville and hesitant to buy from Lowe's in general. I was pleasantly surprised that the Bolingbrook location has such a friendlier and helpful atmosphere. Thank you to everyone in customer service. I will only be shopping in Bolingbrook from now on.

I always have a great friendly and super helpful people experience here at this location. It also has veterans parking and discounts. Which I greatly appreciate. They even decorated the parking post. That was a very thoughtful touch.

Called in regards to seeing if they had a particular brand of paint, turns out they (LOWE'S/) Doesn't carry Dutch Boy paint, but bring in a paint chip sample from Dutch Boy and LOWE'S will match it. With Valspar or HGTV from Sherrin Williams.

This Lowes is a clean, well-stocked hardware store. The staff, especially the managers, are very helpful. Paul in the Electrical Department is great.

Lowe's has some of the friendliest and helpful staff of all the DIY stores. I drove 35 min to go there because they had the best selection of appliances that I needed. I will return for sure.

Had an issue regarding power tool promo and the manager Steve stepped in and made it more than right. If there is ever any issues I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him, integrity and character would sum it up best! Thanks

Came to look and see what they had to offer for my garden. And I was amazed at the selection and the prices were incredibly affordable. Very well organized

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Having to go back multiple times per project, everyone is always so kind and helpful. Every single time! Kira was wonderful helping find a specific paint primer we were looking for, going above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. We go here whenever we can. Definitely our home improvement store of choice!

These was only my 3rd visit to a Lowes store but,I was impressed with the staff and the store setup. I took an older friend of mine to purchase a new washer and dryer. Great employee in the appliances department. Very knowledgeable Very helpful. Great staff in hardware and check out.

First time visiting this location. Helpful staff and great selection.
