The energy is great in here! I just finished my 6 week challenge and it was such a gratifying experience to get stronger, do some fun cardio, and gain confidence! Everyone in here is super great!

Staff were so welcoming, informative and encouraging. They provided tips and tricks along the way. Set us up for success when we arrived (despite not knowing we needed to sign up before hand) as new participants. During the work out, the instructor was so encouraging and positive. The pace of the instruction was quick, but so good! The overall environment of the other members was so positive too. It was great! Community feels! Looking forward to returning!

Because everyone I came in contact with in person or on phone was very nice and motivating. Class was fun and well ran. I'm loving it here.

Motivational, encouraging, and welcoming environment for all levels of skill. This place is definitely not your typical, judgemental workout environment - from the instructor to the people around you - they care about you and you feeling like a rockstar! The instructor I had for my first visit was amazing! Her workout kicked my butt but in the end, it felt so good and rewarding! Can't wait to go back tomorrow for session 2!

ILoveKickboxing – Crystal Lake, is an AMAZING place with equally AMAZING staff. They are very welcoming, supportive, upbeat, on-point, on-time, MOTIVATIONAL, and offer wonderful tips and techniques. The energy is this place is second to none. I have gained so much strength and endurance during their 6 week challenge. This journey was definitely 5 stars!

Absolutely love this place. A friend invited me on “bring a friend” Saturday and I signed up to be a member Monday morning. I was having so much fun I didn’t even realize I was working out. It’s the only time I have ever really enjoyed working out in my life except for high school sports. The atmosphere is fun and laid back, non judgmental, but they offer pretty serious work outs. I highly recommend the six week challenge as well. I ended up losing 15+ lbs and over 6% body fat, but more importantly I lost some of my bad habits. Cannot recommend ILKB enough!

I decided to do the 6 week challenge again one year later and had the same success. I lost just under 15lb and just over 7% body fat. I have been coming to ILKB for almost two years now and the work outs are always great. The instructors are dedicated and energizing and the community is welcoming and judgement free. I have accomplished my health goals because of ILKB. More importantly, working out here has reduced my anxiety and improved my mental health.

I came to the studio to find a new workout. I found that and more! Everyone here has different goals and fitness levels, but all are completely supported by the trainers and fellow kickboxers. At ILKB Crystal Lake you get more than an incredibly well rounded workout. You gain physical and mental strength, confidence, and balance. You gain an ILKB fit-fam who inspire you to become a better version of yourself. You owe it to yourself to try a class!

I'm a new member and love the atmosphere, instructors and strength I feel after the class! First time in a long time I’m excited to exercise with such a welcoming community.

I completed the 6 week challenge at ILKB and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility and staff. These workouts were incredibly tough and pushed me very hard but it was amazing and in the end I complete the 6 week challenge losing 6 % body fat and feeling incredibly amazing! The staff here is incredible and really takes the time to get you know you and check in with your throughout the challenge. I really needed a kick in the butt to loose some weight and start feeling better about myself and this was truly it! If you are someone who is wanting to try this I would recommend it 100%.

I joined ILKB as part of a 6 Week Challenge and with the help of their amazing instructors I CRUSHED my goals! I’m now a full member and continue to be impressed with the quality of the instructors and cleanliness/ safety of the gym. Everyone (including my fellow fighters) is upbeat and encouraging. Great place for ALL fitness levels but be warned.. you WILL get addicted!

This is an amazing place! Supportive and fun instructors, challenging and fun classes and an environment that makes you feel comfortable and supported on your fitness journey. I have been going here off and on since they opened and I always find my way back!

All staff members are so nice ! The facility is very clean and there’s a lot of classes to fit in a busy life! I’m excited to win my challenge! I can’t wait to get my weight under control and the food picked is wholesome and healthy for my whole family ! I will post before and after pictures at the end of my 6 week challenge!

I recently signed up for the 6-week challenge at I love kickboxing in Crystal Lake. It was the best decision I have made for myself this year! The studio has an amazing, supportive, and inspiring team to support you through the challenge. The energy in those rooms is truly unbeatable. I learned better eating habits and have gotten back into shape, I've never felt better!

Tomorrow I go to my second class for the 6 week challenge. It is a work out! My first class was on Monday and I'm still feeling it. I been stretching and doing light work outs at home. But the coach was nice motivational and encouraging.
