Smoke Depot Crystal Lake

I have shopped dozens (and dozens more) vape shops in the 13 years since I quit smoking cigarettes, and know a great vape shop when I experience one.
Staff is phenomenal; friendly and knowledgeable. Regulars and new customers alike feel very welcomed when walking into the store and helpful is an understatement!

The store is clean, well stocked, conveniently located off Randall, and the prices are very competitive. I have nothing but positive things to say about Smoke Depot and that is why I’ve been going to this shop alone for years now!

Have been coming since I moved in July 2022 and don't have any reason to ever go anywhere else! Staff is helpful and kind, there's a great range of products, and prices are affordable/reasonable. Very glad to be able to treat myself for an early bday 🙂

Great people! Very helpful! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Large selection! Always restock items, unlike other vape shops, and if they don’t have it they will order it and have it by the next week….not the next month, and they won’t forget! Great service!!! 😊

I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to town and it’s the only shop i’ll go to now. Chaz the owner always treats me like family when I come in and Makes me feel welcome! The staffs always super nice as well and always has the stuff i’m looking for! Would recommend this shop to anyone !🤘

Always are fully stocked. Never have not had what I wanted or did I have to go somewhere else for what I needed. . Good peeps. Always gives deals the more u buy. And staff are very knowledgeable and can answer anything you ask!! Love this place.

This has been my go to shop since 2018. The manager, Chaz, is amazing at helping you find what you need, learns what flavors you like and dislike, and always stays in the price range you tell them. The employees are also amazing, especially Monica, Drew, Alexa, and Zach (Bimbi)! I don’t even live in the CL/LITH area anymore and I still make the 35 minute commute to Smoke Depot. They are the best!

Very nice place. I have not been in one of these shops since I was a teenager. I bought a product at Rise for my MIL but you needed an empty vape cartridge to put it. I am not wise in these areas. The was a very nice young lady writing there. I explained what I thought I was looking for the best I could. She knew exactly what I needed and showed me the choices. Now if I can just figure out how to get the product in the cartridge we will be all set. They had a great selection and it is a very clean store.

Love coming here, staff is honest, prices are cheap, products are good, shelves are always stocked. Lots of great brands, for beginners and experienced vapers. The glass and novelty items are also unique.

This place is awesome, the employees are always super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the store brought me in originally, looks awesome in there, but it turns out they are the best shop in this area as well.

I have done many reviews about this place. It is the #1 smoke shop for the Crystal Lake / Lake in The Hills Area. Friendly staff, knowledgable, great selection. Not to far away from a dispensary. Stop in. I think you'll be impressed. A+. 👍

I started smoking dab pens from Rise to help with my anxiety and stress. It also helps me sleep really well! But I really enjoyed the whole smoking from a pen, so I decided to go to Smoke Depot for some vapes so I wasn't just hitting dabs all day. I got 3 of their $5 vapes to try and ended up loving Posh! I then tried one of the Elf Bars and became OBSESSED! My dad is another regular, so when he went that morning and got 1, one of the workers (female, unsure of her name) knew him and offered us the 3 for $60 deal still when I got 2! I ended up going back a week later for another flavor. 😂 I'll probably be there every 2 weeks paying another bill at Smoke Depot. They're always so friendly and have said "you'll love this!" Or "don't buy this" depending on your preferences (which they told my dad not to get something cause they knew he wouldn't like that) and I love that they won't just sell you something to sell it but get to know you & what you like.

This place is legit! First time here, and they made a point to ask what juice I usually use, and noted the coils I was there to pick up, so they could keep them in stock. Both people I spoke to were friendly, helpful, and the place looks nice, with a ton of selection.

Though originally I thought that this vaporizer store was going to be unable to provide me with the types of juice that I like, and the coils that I like, when I brought up the matter, Shaz, the store manager, made sure to order extra bottles of my 0 mg Cloud Nurdz juice, and keep up the stock on the crown 5 dual mesh coils, that I like, in a very timely manner, and they have been restocking regularly for me ever since. I truly recommend this vaporizer store, to anyone in the area. They will bend over backward, to help their customers out, and not charge them an arm and a leg like other vaporizer stores.

Anytime and every time I go in there, they're super friendly and helpful and seem to remember me even though I hardly go with any frequency. They are my number one stop for cigars and a few other things that I pick up from time to time. I love those guys they've earned my business after just a couple visits.

I LOVE Smoke Depot! Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to post a review. I’ve been going here for years but I have become a regular customer since I quit smoking cigarettes. This place is seriously the best. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great prices, always stocked, and a super cool points system. Chaz is amazing, he always remembers me and is super kind and personable. The rest of the staff is also amazing too, they’re always ready to help me pick out a new juice or answer any questions that I might have. 10/10 I would never go anywhere else! I’m so grateful to have such a great shop so close to home!

This is, BY FAR, my favorite vape shop. They have so much selection, their staff is incredible and friendly, and they have incredible quality. Every time I go anywhere else to by juice or coils or anything, I have a problem. Never here. They always take good care of me!
