I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is amazing. And I was able to get flooring for $3000 less than I would’ve paid elsewhere (based on ~1200 sq Ft of engineered hardwood). All the boxes arrived in good shape with only minor normal wear from shipping. The product looked great.

I’ve had the privilege of ordering from this company a few times over the years and I find that they have the best service and customer care. The shipments are always right on schedule and their prices are very competitive. I order with confidence each time I need them. I’ve never had damage and that’s with fragile products.

Called ahead to find out if the product was in stock to estimate ship time. Got the sweetest lady (can't remember her name) who called to verify then promptly called me back. Ordered on Monday and product was received on Wednesday. Can't ask for better.

Nothing to complain about with my transaction. Emailed directly for a quote, received it back within an hour and was able to place the order completely online and never had to talk to anyone on the phone. Shipping was fast and easy. Was delivered by FedEx and yes, unless you pay extra for a liftgate you do have to unload yourself but this is standard across all vendors. Was competitive in pricing and received flooring exactly as described with no damage.

Ordered from FloorLife website the Laticrete SpectraLock 1 grout and matching color 100% silicone caulk. FloorLife was recommended by Laticrete to me as they sell much of their products.

Both were fresh within 3 months of mfg. Make sure you check the mfg date of grout which is only good (and warranted) for 18 months not yet opened. The caulk has a expire date instead of a mfg date and is only good (and warranted) for 12 months. If what you receive is borderline old, send it back as the older is more difficult to apply. You paid good money for this premium product and you deserve fresh.

Excellent customer service and support. Original order was for an item that was no longer available. They reached out to me promptly, explaining the issue and helped us to select a suitable alternative. Materials were ordered and delivered quickly with no damage in transit (well packed and wrapped on a pallet). Not to mention that their prices were about half of what it would have been if we purchased from a local source - very pleased!

Placed an order for 3,000 Sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring. There's a few steps to go through so they can ensure that you are ordering what you need, such as the right amount, correct trim, etc. No attempt at upsales, just making sure you get what you need. Then they confirm the right shipping method for your needs. They check and double check everything for accuracy and to verify the stock status.

The flooring arrived pretty quickly by FedEx freight. The trim pieces shipped separately, they told me this would happen up front. The trim pieces were delayed a couple of weeks from the factory. Pretty normal these days. I got a few emails with expected shipping updates. I called a couple of times to see if there were any updates in between emails. Everyone who I spoke with on the phone from the initial order, through the shipping update requests were very helpful and friendly.

I highly recommend these folks.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. I`m so pleased with the Schluter all set I bought. When the product says 2 to 4 hours pot life, it holds true. I`m getting more than 3 hours of pot life. What a fantastic product. A big shout out to Lance and everyone for a great experience.

Expedited shipping is available if you call and place your order. I did this shortly after their posted cut-off time for same day shipping, but they still managed to get my order out the same day and I was able to have my materials the next day and continue with my project as planned. Lots of materials in stock, fair prices, quick to ship, and great customer service! I've placed several more orders since then and will continue to be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Update: Ordered Sunday night, shipped Monday afternoon from Illinois, delivered Thursday morning coastal Oregon -- 1.5 hours from the nearest freeway. No special service requested. This definitely won't be my last order

I ordered around 1000sqft of flooring and everything went smooth. I ordered on a Friday afternoon, they shipped out my order on Monday as promised and I got a call from the freight company for delivery on Wednesday.
