Personally, I'm very happy with B&W. Keep in mind that everyone's review is a result of their own experience and personal opinion. I've hired B&W on a couple of occasions and my recent job was for dishwasher installation. I had purchased the dishwasher at a 'big box' store only because there was a simple model in stock and I wasn't picky about features. If I had wanted a specific make/model, I would have likely ordered through B&W. Although a bit more to install than the big box store, it included haul away of the old appliance. I like the fact that it's a small town business. The installers arrived early and had removed the old and installed the new in just over an hour. I had only expected one installer but was happy there were two. They were very particular in making sure everything was level and working with no issues before they left. The gentlemen were kind, professional and cleaned up the minimal mess (just from the contents of the box, plastic wrap etc., ) I will definitely contact them for future appliance sale & service needs.

The best experience ever for appliances! Illean took care of everything from the warranty the second I called so I didn't have to deal with any runaround from warranty company. A true example of good people, Great business!
Giovanni Was here an hour early and fixed my dryer in about 20 minutes, A true Asset to this company. He diagnosed and fixed, confident in his knowledge and made this a very pleasant experience.

I called on a Monday to have someone come out to fix my washing machine. They had someone to my house within 5 days (3, actually). The repairmen were actually 15 minutes EARLY for their time slot. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and were sweet to my puppy who kept trying to “help.”

Bob - knowledgable, fairly priced, efficient, and friendly. Everything you want in appliance repair. I've used him twice over a year: first for a dryer motor and then for a washer pump. Called him for the second repair because I was so pleased with the first experience. Highly recommended.
