Comfort Inn & Suites

We reserved the two bedroom suite. My spouse and son loved it. They were very happy with the room and rooms. It was a joy for me to see them happy. Well worth it.

Talk about s space this double room was like a massive condo unit. Separate bedrooms two bathrooms. We will be back for sure. And breakfast was great and always hot and clean dining room.

We were traveling with dogs and Dave was very accounting to be sure we had a downstairs room so we could bring in a kennel. Clean room. Very nice breakfast selection and a very pleasant lady was making sure everything was well supplied and clean.

So anytime we are in Rochelle, we have to stay at the Comfort Inn. They have always treated us well here. Our room is always clean and spacious. It has been quiet every time, the bed has been comfortable, and the shower has always been perfect and has drained well. The staff has treated us with respect and has been very accommodating. One of the first times I stayed at a Comfort Inn was here in Rochelle. I felt like royalty then and haven't been disappointed since. The hotel keeps the rooms up. It's comfortable and homey here. This hotel is an excellent example of what to expect at a Comfort Inn. Definitely recommend.

Location is hideous! With the amount for these rooms one would think that it would be a nice view or even a better looking property all together.
Staff was nice upon arrival.
Room was decent.
Definitely would never ever pay $200 plus to stay here again.

That will definitely not happen again. Never will I ever spend over $200 to stay at your location. Your prices are disgraceful. I paid less to stay in a beautiful room in California.

Exceptional room - loved the two sinks which are separated on opposite side of bathroom . This is unusual for a hotel but so wonderful when two adults are getting ready -
Hot shower / great pressure and the beds were so comfortable .
Def will return .

Great rooms, clean comfortable. Our beds were a bit on the hard side, but we got a comfortable nights rest and bed comfort is certainly subjective. Pillows were like clouds. So nice. Breakfast was great. We got there at almost 9am and all options were still available. There was make your own waffles, sausage patties and eggs for sandwiches, bagels, muffins, white and whole wheat bread, biscuits and gravy, donuts, cereal, fruit, milk, juice, yogurt and more. Coffee was pretty good too. We were still there at 917 and there were still people coming in and having breakfast, although i didn't see anything being replenished. I thought breakfast was done by 9, but now I'm not sure. Our 1st floor room had sliding glass doors which led to the outside and had a couple of chairs. This would be a nice option for smokers.

When I called for a vacancy last night the girl at the front desk was laughing and said she did have vacancies but that she was busy with a customer would I mind being transferred to someone who could help me with that. I was on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up and called back. She reserved a room for me at that time and when we arrived 5 minutes later it looked like she was still enjoying her "customers" which was a group of young boys hanging around the front counter. It looked like they were having a swell time. I'm glad she was able to break away from her good time long enough to accommodate us.

I had a delightful stay at the Comfort Inn. They had redecorated about 2 years ago and it was well done. The bed was very comfortable and the cost was very reasonable. It was the least expensive stay of anywhere on my trip. I would definitely stay there when in the area!

I'm giving you and your staff a 5 within minutes of check in! Let me tell you why...
The first hotel to be on top of all my needs without having to ask for them to be met! Made reservation online and when I checked in they took care of putting us in a room bottom floor with patio access for easements of taking care of our service dog! Without me having to wait for anything during check-in. Further more I use choice rewards they are the only hotel I've used with the program that actually told me about my rewards choices for the stay and applied them with no hassle. Usually I'm having to double check my account to make sure I get my credits. Thanks for the exceptional customer service!!!!

The rooms are very clean with a lot of space! I like my little balcony. They have a restaurant and lounge right on my floor which is convenient! Staff is super friendly! They provide a lot of towels! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone they would love it.

This hotel was top notch, as far as service goes! Their pool was going to be down on the night we were there, but they were kind enough to call us ahead of time and let us know. This place may look dated on the outside, but the inside is as modern as any other comfort inn I have been to. It also looks like they are getting an exterior makeover! The hot breakfast was great! My children we're excited to find that they had blueberry waffles. A great selection for sure! Will be visiting again!

Awesome staff, recieved free room upgrade, and receive incredible customer service. Literally they do anything they can to help and make it more pleasant! Love it here and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Happy that the 3 months I'm in town is at this awesome hotel! Again, management and staff is amazing!

Holy Fish !!! This is a great place!!!!! We stayed for a singe night - The pool is Great - the Hot tub is even better. Overall Excellent experience. The front desk person (June) went above and beyond to get us checked in and to acquaint us with the total hotel. She was pleasant, friendly and at the same time totally professional.

Best Comfort Inn that I have stayed in and that is many different ones.

Going back in 2 weeks -

Come to hotel twice a year to relax in hot tub room. There have been lots of improvements and upgrades. New furniture, lighting, window treatments, etc..... Each time I am here is a better experience. It's nice I can bring my little dog too.

Nice place located in the middle of nowhere... perfect for a stop over night while traveling. Staff were great and helpful, rooms were clean and located close to restaurants.

Stopped here on our way home from Nashville. Well worth the stop, room was clean and priced great. Booked the room online 10 minutes before arriving and the staff already had the paperwork ready to go!

Rooms were clean and service was great! Kind receptionist. Hotel bar and grill had great food but terrible service. Took forever to get a drink and waitress was not knowledgeable on beverages. Other than that an overall great experience.

When we came to check in it was a little rough got to the hotel and Daniel told me that the jacuzzi room I had booked online didn’t come through. I was upset cause that is what we were looking for. So he upgraded us to a a suite. We get up to the room and the phone rings and it’s Daniel telling us that it was a mistake and he had a jacuzzi room for us. We went down and he said that he check with his boss and his boss said it was in the old system. Big Shout Out to Daniel for going above and beyond!!!!!

Super nice staff, everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers went out of their way to be helpful. Pet friendly I was given a room with a sliding door which made staying with my small dog easy and convenient. If you need to stay in the Rochelle area you cant go wrong at this Comfort Inn
