First time doing business here and Doug was my salesman. Very genuine and no pressure at all. Doug and Brian were very fair with my trade ins and I ended up with an awesome truck! They even threw in a full detail and oil change. Will definitely stop again for our next vehicle.

Recently purchased the cleanest 2002 Zo6 Corvette I've ever seen from The Auto Hub.
Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had, Doug was up front, honest and the price extremely fair considering the used car environment were experiencing he past year.
This group sells extremely clean, hard to find, low mile desirable vehicles. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
Honest, friendly and a true breath of fresh air in an uncertain economy restores my faith there are still hard working, good people we can depend on.

Where do I start???!!! Everything about my experience at Auto Hub was over the top! Everyone that my wife and I worked with concentrated on customer satisfaction and it showed! I purchased a beautiful car that I could not drive home for about two weeks because of the snow storms. However, Doug let me know that they would allow me the extra time needed to get the car home. The day finally came to bring her home. I highly recommend Auto Hub to everyone!

We were very pleased when we arrived at the dealership from 3+ hours away to find the vehicle we were interested in had been accurately advertised online including the detailed Carfax history. After test driving and purchasing the vehicle, one of the workers noticed a smell indicating a brake problem which they repaired immediately for no charge. The salesman even texted me on the drive home to confirm everything was okay. The professionalism of the owner and entire team was refreshing and very much appreciated!

I bought my '93 Chevy C1500 at the Auto Hub and I definetly would do it again! I had not the chance to see the truck by myself, because I'm from Germany, so I have to thank Doug for the excellent service and for his absolute honesty. The truck is over the top! Everything is as descriped, even better than I had expected. It was a great buying experience. I also got a toolbox installed because of my wish. Now my dream truck drives on German streets.

He heard us in what were looking for in a truck and didn't try to talk us into anything we weren't interested in. He also took the time to educate us. I have to say, that dealing with The Auto Hub has been a very pleasant and unbelievably satisfying journey to say the least. I live 9 hrs from the dealership and I found a 99 Sierra 1500 Z71 they had for sale. I wasn't exactly looking to buy at the time, but then I came across this beauty. I have to say I called and was very, very, impressed with Doug. He is very professional, honest, and straight forward. I never once felt pressured, I was completely comfortable talking to him about the truck. Before I knew it, we were meeting up halfway to receive my truck. I bought a leer topper from a dealer in Rockford that absolutely screwed me over. I came to the auto hub so they could help me with the other dealers screw ups. Doug, chuck and brad at the auto hub took care of me with no hesitations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new leer topper or anything else. I bought a 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude and Brad made the sale easy! He was very friendly from the beginning all the way to signing the papers. Easy to work with and did not push me into anything. Also had the best price for the vehicle around!

I picked up a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins diesel in it with the truck being in immaculate condition others. The vehicle was in prime condition and I've only had to put about 75 dollars into it after I bought it for a switch that went bad shortly there after. Doug was excellent to work with and did not pressure me into any sales. He also was knowledgeable and fully willing to work with me. If anyone is looking for a used vehicle, this is the place they should go.

My experience at Auto Hub in Rochelle was far & away the best used car I have experienced & I'm 74 so I have had many experiences. The sales staff was friendly, yet totally professional. They worked with & for me every step of the way. I'm very appreciative & grateful.

This place has integrity!!! So I purchased a vehicle from the Auto Hub and within hours of the purchase, I notice a grinding sound coming from the rear breaks. Instead of taking the car back to them for repair. I took it to a large dealership and paid for the repairs. I went back to the auto hub for some paper work and mentioned this to sales man (Doug Smith) as I was walking out of the building . Doug called me the next day and said he was not happy with what happened and said he was going to work on this for me.. Well he DID! I was refunded 50% of the bill. If I would have taken the car back to them it would have been repaired without cost to me. I highly recommend Doug Smith he is a salesman with integrity. I also recommend The Auto hub. I will certainly do business with them again.

Great experience. Doug was awesome. The really provide a hassle and no pressure experience. When I wasn't able to get the finances on my 1st visit Doug didn't try to talk me into buying something I didn't want like a lot of dealers do, instead he tried to work with me a little. I finally got the finances and made the hour drive to purchase to my vehicle. I recommend the Auto Hub to anyone looking for a great buying experience. Also like to add all their vehicles are quality vehicles and the prices are more than within reason
