Lowe's Home Improvement

First of all, I'd like to acknowledge Rima (I think that's her name). She went above and beyond to help me establish credit. I normally don't apply for credit but she was helpful and convincing.

Also, props to the app. It told me the quantity, aisle, and bay for the item I needed. It was spot-on.

I needed a very specific and rather unusual water heater. My plumber indicated that the supply house was out of stock and it would take 6-weeks to order. Google to the rescue and I located not one but two of my unicorn.

I love Lowe's. My favorite sales person is Damon, he has helped me for 15yrs. He is versed on everything very intelligent... Always go to him when he's available.
Now, I have gotten great help from Sam I believe He's a dept. Manager.. I have just met Jeremy another very helpful sales person, as well.
I believe He's kinda new..These men have given me 200% of there time to help me find what I need.. I'm so thankful to them..

My wife and I had a great experience with Adam Z, tools associate, and John at the Customer Service desk.

We were not familiar with the Craftsman metal cabinets and took chest. Adam went the extra mile helping us selecting the right products and finding them at the store.

John accommodated our request to have everything ready a couple of days later.

Two days later John helped another Lowe’s associate (didn’t get his name) to load everything into my trailer (two trips).

I was extremely satisfied with the whole process. I definitely recommend buying metal cabinets at Lowe’s.

My favorite place for home improvement shopping. There's always plenty of parking. I always find what I need and if I can't find it, the friendly staff helps me locate it. Veteran's get a discount here as well. There's always a good variety of product lines to choose from. My #1 choice for home improvement items.

Just looking for a short extension cord but was asked by several associates if they could help! Lots of lowered prices through the store, it's nice to know a business actually reads the reviews and interacts with the customers. I didn't mean to make anyone think I was dissatisfied your team did great!

George W helped me find exactly the small amount of grout I needed. No other home improvement store had any, or were willing to talk with a woman. He was so very helpful as were searched the aisles. I used the grout today and it was perfect!! Thank you George!

Was not too busy, so I was able to have one help find some product in flooring, and he was very nice and funny lol.

Everyone was very helpful and the item we wanted was in stock. Friendly environment

Just stopped buy to look around on a hot day with my dog. Everyone was so nice and every employee said hello and asked me if i needed help even at the self checkout! I appreciate the great customer service and will be back when we start some home improvement projects!

I was in the garden center yesterday and felt the need to shine some light on, Keesha! She was the cashier in the garden center. She was one of the nicest, sweetest, people I have ever met. She was very helpful and pleasant! Her attitude and customer service was amazing! Thank you, Keesha, you made my day!

This place is off. the. chain. I went here on a Tuesday to drop off an old lithium ion battery for a laptop that I wanted to recycle. Long story short I walked right up to the customer service desk and asked “Where’s the lithium ion battery recycling drop-off?” The gentleman behind the counter pointed me right back to the vestibule I entered through and sure enough it was there. Dope.

Great costumer Service. Doug in Appliance has the BEST patience ever. He went above and beyond to help me look into whats the best option for a washer and dryer. He did great and explained everything so well. Got me the best priced and was so helpful/knowlegeable that he convinced me apply for a Lowes Credit card, and we got approved. Tom and hughes(most likley mispelled) Were the extra Cherry on top and HELPED me load it all up. Thank you so much to all.
