Costco Wholesale

This Costco is better than any other Costco hands-down. There’s no comparison. I’ve been coming here for years and the store is always clean, the staff is always kind and friendly, and they have the best variety of everything. They also always have the best gas prices. I feel like I can spend all day in this store. Favorite place to just walk around it.

Can’t say enough good things about Costco! The selection, the quality of food, the workers all fantastic. Look at the selection of flowers! And now self-checkout!! Highly recommend this Costco!

A madhouse like usual, just have your card out on the way in, at checkout, and your receipt out when you leave. Plan your moves with the cart using the flow of cart traffic or else have a spotter to cross or you'll have a cart collision. A manager jumped onto a closed checkout lane from the customer service desk to help alleviate the checkout congestion and he was very friendly!! Great deals here with great products that keep us coming back. Please don't go to Costco if you're already in a bad mood or impatient.

As expected great selection and clean store. Nearly always super crowded but checkouts are efficient and generally quick. Self checkout area at times can have a queue as well but moves along fairy well.

Watch out in the parking lots, cars and people moving
all over the place and in every direction, tight spaces , some folks just dont pay attention , you need to be alert at all times otherwise you may find yourself in a fender bender quite easily.

Received a TV for Christmas and one of the HDMI portals wasn't working do we took the TV back and exchanged it for another one. The new one works perfectly. Return and rebuild super easy to do.

It was at this Costco that cash fell out of my back pocket and a very nice employee noticed quickly and informed me. That employee deserves credit along with everyone else that works at this location. Great people!

We found some truly great deals on things that we use every day. It takes a very short time to recoup our annual fee every year.
While we are there, we always get a quarter pound hot dog and refillable drink for $1.50 in the customer dining area, which is such a steal.
We like this place.

Love it. Crazy good pricing. I bought bath towels at Macy's, on sale, for $30 each. I found better bath towels here for $6.99! I returned the Macys towels.

Everyone's always so helpful even when you don't realize you need help. Getting very strict on using someone else's membership card. Anyone can be a member, so just get your own card.

We had to wait for a cooked chicken but always worth the wait at only $4.99! Great deals on most items too.

Man, if I didn't think I needed everything Costco carries, or will some day, I would begin to get upset with how much they've started to move inventory around to make people spend more time, and therefore dollar bills.

Keep the breakfast sandwiches in the same place Costco. Otherwise keep up the great, if lately confusing, work.

The customer service manager was great and friendly. She resolved an issue with my account after Costco's online services could not figure it out after numerous attempts.

The almond butter danishes here also get 5*.

Was close to closing, so was able to get what I need and checked out fast.

Well stocked. Lines move fast. Friendly staff.

Still a nice location. The management should consider alternating the lay near the registers so if line gets long for checkout, an aisle across will allow member to file behind. The row across from the registers forms a wall (of products) so if lines do get long there is no place to stand. Maybe registers get opened quickly and long lines don't occur. Just a suggestion.

At Optical department. Still very busy. Still recommend changing how customers are served (see original review). Was busy right after opening on a Friday. There must be a more efficient way of handling customers, or more staff may be needed.

Had a very good experience getting my mother's prescription for her glasses filled. The frames are very reasonable Lee priced and turn around time to get complex lenses ground took less than 2 weeks. I would recommend anyone to use this store. The only improvement I could see if it's possible that they handle people at the optical department based on the type of transaction that they are doing. For example one line for equipment pickup another line for people having a new prescription and need glasses or contacts.

Costco ALWAYS deserves 5 stars but today Liz went above and beyond trying it get a membership issue resolved. Without being prompted by me, she was making additional phone calls and escalating as needed to take things as far as she could. She said she was just doing her job, but in 2023 so many employees stop at their first road block. For this and for the ongoing great shopping experience, 5 stars Costco!!

They have the best cuts of meat around..top shelf always
