Oconomowoc Parks & Forestry

Love that the Imagination Station playground is fenced so the little ones can't escape so easily! It is located at the beginning of the bike path so it is convenient for both biking and walking to. There are very nice restrooms next to the play area and a pavilion available across the parking lot as well as baseball diamond. Plenty of wide open space to run and explore and picnic tables under mature trees.

Very nice park.. We live in Wauwatosa but it's so worth the 30 minute drive. So many places to eat at near by nice ice cream places to stop after over all 10

Keep doing a good job taking care of our parks.

Beautiful nature.

Can't change classes because the dept is not competent enough to facilitate those changes. And, there's no refund if you want to drop a class. But, there are wait lists... Not sure how those are applicable if you can't drop a class or change to a different date.

Furthermore, the admin, Jennifer, I spoke to was rude and unapologetic.

Congrats to the Ocon Park and Rec dept for setting the bar low and ensuring mediocrity remains a constant in our community.

Claims to be a center for the local community however is actually just greedy. If you live in one of the neighborhoods that is on the edge of town they will claim you’re a nonresident to charge you more even if your address states the city of Oconomowoc, and your zip code is Oconomowoc’s zip code, and you live a 4 minute drive from the community center. I called expecting any reasonable person to understand this but instead the woman wouldn’t even listen to me and was claiming I live in the town of Ixonia, which is completely not true.
