From the moment Justin walked in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. He answered all the questions that I had before he started. Honestly, for what the carpet has been through, it looks brand new!!! Justin also let me know that they stand behind their work and to call with concerns if needed!! We had Fabian's clean our carpets a few times, and they were always great, so we decided to use them when we wanted to have Luxury Vinyl flooring installed. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. The office staff is great to work with a very friendly. They were even able to build stairs for us out of the material we chose. We are so happy with the results and will definitely use them again in the future!

He was able to remove and repair damage I thought was irreparable. Not only did he get the job done quickly, there was not a SPECK of dust. So happy with his work!

Extremely satisfied with the service and quality. I had carpets cleaned by their cleaning crew. They were very helpful and professional. I also had new carpets installed in part of the house. The crew was very nice, trustworthy, worked using care to all our walls and trim. Love our carpets and I would use fabians again without a doubt. They worked around my schedule and budget too

We had Fabian's flooring come in to sand and restain our soon to be nursery. The whole process was very professional. Jane was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable when she came to give us an estimate. The two men that came did an amazing job. They followed all Covid protocols. Most importantly, the floor looks fabulous...like brand new! They will be coming back in July to do our two other bedrooms. We highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently had a LVT flooring installed for my parents in their master bathroom, Fabian’s was the right choice! Got the job done in good amount of time and the price was a lot less then I thought it would be! Highly recommend them! I also am having my carpets cleaned by them too! 10/10

I have an old area rug that I thought I would have to throw out. Fabian flooring cleaned it and it looks brand new! They also did a great job cleaning a couch and ottoman. Workers were on time,helpful and very polite.

Great job as always by Fabian's Flooring. With (3) dogs unfortunate accidents happen sometimes. We clean it up the best we can and then Fabian's takes over and turns out carpet new again. Thanks Fabian's!!!!
