Jewel-Osco

This Jewel-Osco is a lot bigger than some of the others I visited. There’s a Starbucks inside and the produce section is pretty big. It’s so big that it’s arranged slightly different than some of the other stores but that’s not a big deal.

Very nice, clean store. Friendly atmosphere. Check out the floral department, georgious!

It’s on the pricey side, but it’s usually clean and well-stocked. I’m more likely to buy specialty items here than any other store.

I talked to a guy name Cody from the Deli department.
He is very kind and assist me with my need of ordering chickens for tomorrow's party. He took his time to answer all of my concerns and questions.

This is the store to go for nearly all of grocery needs, this particular location had what was needed for the week. The Almond Joy cookies are fantastic my complements to the entire Bakeshop department as well.

Love this Jewel! Staff is friendly and accommodating. I went to get some coleslaw, and the young man made it fresh for me since the tray was empty. I usually look for Tammy or Robin when I'm there. They're excellent cashiers. I especially love the layout of this store. It's my favorite Jewel. I go further to shop at the Laraway Jewel. Keep up the great service!!

I do a lot of shopping at night because it’s the only time I have time to do so. I’ve been to a lot of other Jewel’s and the night staff aren’t always the friendliest. This was my first time at this Jewel and Doreen was absolutely wonderful. She helped me out with a smile on her face and was just a lovely person to be around. She made my night with how sweet she was. I’ll be traveling the extra 20 minutes to this jewel from now on just because of Doreen.

My favorite Jewel store awesome employees never a long wait in line they have actual cashiers and baggers working.

Excellent customer service! It's always great, but one time stands out in my mind. I was shopping with a kid in the stroller. After bagging all my groceries, the employee at the checkout asked if I would like them to put the bags in a cart and bring it out to my car. I could've carried the bags in my hands and the stroller's basket but it would've been a hassle. They saw that and offered, which was really nice! I try to shop there as much as possible.

Well I went into this Jewel location after leaving a Bridal Shower nearby. I wasnt expecting a welcoming experience bc of the area & the coldness we received at the venue a few blocks over... Wow wasnt I pleasantly mistaken. I went to the Deli counter for some turkey & cheese. I was greeted with a huge smile and friendly how can I help you. Her name was Amanda. She was a breathe of fresh air. She was so kind, so helpful, we engaged in friendly chatter while she prepared the items I ordered. I told her my local Jewel Osco is not as friendly. And we then just started discussing the law of reciprocity...where u treat people how u want to be treated. I thank Ms Amanda & the teller at the self checkout for a delightful shopping trip. It was different. It wasnt the norm of today's times where people judge you because of skin color. Jewel Osco headquarters, area managers...if ure reading this please award Ms Amanda in some way for making this a great experience for one appreciative African American shopper! Bless you all

Super clean and friendly staff great selection of grab n go sandwiches or dinners

Stopped in for a quick Starbucks coffee. Delicious as usual. Jewel has dimmed it's lighting and so upon entering it felt quite cozy. There is plenty of lighting from the ceiling panels and the floor to ceiling front windows. My first time at this location. The curb appeal doesn't undersell the interior at all. Quite a nice shopping experience after my Starbucks.

Jillian was amazing! It's the day before Thanksgiving and I went to 3 other store looking for Rhodes Rolls(the frozen ones). I get to the case and its empty. Jillian hunted down the display case and there were only a few left...without her I'd still be driving around hinting for them.

At the time was in Lane 2 waiting patiently when Manager asked if we would like to use Express Chrckout. I did convey my dislike for automated checkouts and would prefer a Human Being;) the Manager reassured me express checkout is a real Human Being and the automated checkouts are not in use. Thank You for all his information and wonderful assistance we drove out of our way to here and it was well worth it!:) From Deli to Fresh Chicken to Checkout, Thank You! We will continue to drive out of our way for this location.

The crew is always polite and helpful across the board. The cashiers, managers, stockers, (forgive me if thats not the proper terminology) everyone at this location is a superstar! If I can't find a product, there is always someone there ready to help with a smile.

Nice newer store great liquor department Price's are great also. The butcher's cut your meat the way I like it. And they have a great select of organic foods ☺

Went for my second covid vaccine. People were nice, professional and fast. Picked up some exclaims for desert. All in all it was a good outing.
