I drove to the New Lenox location as they had the option of lighting I wanted in stock. Upon entering the store every associate I walked passed smiled and said “hello” which was a pleasant change of pace from other stores. The lighting was not in the correct spot on the shelf so Mark and Gale both assisted with bringing over the ladders. You know when you go somewhere and the associates moan and groan in front of customers because something is not in the right spot and now the associate has to actually do work? Almost as if it was the customers fault that items were incorrectly placed. Well that was not the case. Gale and Mark were professional and wonderful! Both were very pleasant and made the shopping experience on New Year’s Eve enjoyable. Keep it up New Lenox Lowes!

Jose Pena Store Manager is always helpful, every time I shop in this store, he is always out helping customers. Best of the Best Store Managers I have ever had a pleasure of meeting.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and just downright friendly! Great selection of tools and appliances(particularly dishwashers that we couldn’t find at Home Depot). I will absolutely be back! I just wish they carried Ryobi.

A man named Steve helped me. He walked me to the far side of the store to show me exactly where what I was looking for was located. Friendly attitude and a gentleman. Great service!

After having a bad experience at the "Orland Park" location an hour earlier 06/03/23. I visited "Home Depot" after and almost made a $2300.00 purchase at Home Depot of a Washer/Dryer. The only obstacle with Home Depot the earliest delivery date would be Thursday and we needed it by Tuesday due to travel plans. I drove to the Lowes - New Lenox in my continue search and was met by Customer Service Rep "Marcy" who greeted us with such great energy and smile. Not only was she able to help with the questions about the purchase, she also matched Home Depot price and offered to have the set delivered on Monday. THIS WAS PERFECT!!!!!!
Thank you Marcy for your professionalism and also thank you to the delivery guys I was the first delivery of the day. I was up and washing cloths by Monday 10:30am.

Had what we needed. Bought a portable AC. Works fine. Hisense brand. Set it up no problems. Associates were helpful.

I ran in for a couple items as I was trying to finish a project. I was able to find most items quickly as the labeling system was accurate. I did have trouble finding a seasonal item (garden gloves in a child size). They were in stock and cute, just had to locate them. The best thing about this trip were the two men who were attending the registers. The first was at the return counter. There was an elderly couple there who insisted he check them out. Although he explained he was doing returns the man became insistent. The young man at the register not only accommodated the customer but assisted him with the credit card reader. He did a super job avoiding a problem and helping the customer. When I checked out there was one lane open and the customer ahead of me was taking a bit of time. Another employee popped around the rack and brought me to the self checkout but rang me up. I had a large item so I was grateful for his help. He was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. It was great to get the help in the store because as I left there were 4 employees in the parking lot dealing with a medical emergency which included a ambulance and fire truck. Great to see the staff was able to deal with an emergency and still be able to take care of routine business.

Leslie “The Paint Lady” is a super star!! What a fantastic lady! I was not in the store for 2 minutes and Leslie saw that I was lost. She came right up to me and asked if I needed help. Not only did she personally take me to the isle where they keep Raid and bug killers, but she went through the products with me and helped me pick the right one for my situation. Someone get this wonderful lady a raise!!

Rich in plumbing was so helpful. He really knows his stuff!!! He was right there when we had questions and helped us pick out everything! He’s definitely an asset to Lowe’s and should be recognized. It’s hard to find employees who truly care about their work. Thank you Rich in plumbing at the New Lenox location…. You made our shopping trip and decision making go so much smoother w your help!

They have very good deals all the time

I have had mostly good experiences over my last couple years coming to this store but yesterday I had an incredible one and need to recognize the employees that helped us. We ordered washers and dryers online during a labor day promotion and they were cancelled a month later without any reasoning. We went into the store a little bit panicked and explained our situation, that we needed help getting a different set ASAP because we close on our house this week. We were also a bit upset because we bought them during a promotion that wasn't going on any longer. Samantha at the front customer service desk and Tami in appliances went above and beyond to help us get a great deal on a new set that would be delivered later in the week. They answered all of our questions and kept us calm and we were so grateful for their help. We were so worried we wouldn't get something we liked, get it on time, or get a good deal and they helped us accomplish all three (and within like 30 minutes!). Way to go ladies, you've made us repeat customers for life.

Quality products and reasonable prices. If you're a veteran, don't forget to take advantage of the 10% discount that Lowe's offers to those who have served in the military. Fine selection of appliances as well as outdoor plants snow blowers hand lawn mowers. They also have a very good clearance section. That's worth stopping by and checking out if you're looking for power tools electrical P. I'm in another miscellaneous items. They also have a nice home and garden center with plenty of plants as well as flowers.

The staff is extremely helpful. The almost always have what we need. They also are very respectful of veterans and active military. They even went as far as dressing up one of the veteran parking places to reserve it for our fallen soldiers on memorial day. As some one who comes from family that served as well as My fiance being a vet now, this means a lot to me that not only the corporation but even the employees show there respect. Not many still do and with what our soldiers go through in all branches, I honestly choice lowes over home depot or Menards because of their level of respect. Yes there knowledge of the store and products help, but the sense of pride you get when someone is willing to acknowledge our soldiers, current and veteran, it really dose mean more to their families then you can imagine.

I want to say how pleasant and helpful Rebecca in customer service is. She handled my return painlessly with a smile. While still in the store I purchased another product that had a spot on it. A friendly employee told me to ask customer service if they would discount it. Back to customer service I go and again Rebecca was able to get me a 10% discount. I wasn't having the best day and enteracting with Rebecca made my day. Thank you very much!

Ordered some landscaping stuff from Lowes this morning. Service was AMAZING! They called with updates/ information about my order practically as soon as I put it in. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. They were very efficient and kind. Great experience!

We were waited on by a very helpful young man. Who got me just what I was looking for. To change the oil on my lawn mower. He is just what costumer service was like in my day. He said his name was Gator. Must be a nice name. But that's ok.
