Called around several other walgreens for a prescription..this location by far had the best pharmacy tech Lilly who actually helped and went above and beyond

After working with the Nelson Rd. Walgreens pharmacy (where they were “too busy” to help on several occasions), I switched to the Schoolhouse Road Walgreens Pharmacy. What a refreshing change! The Pharmacist, Omar, has been wonderful to work with and has even saved my family money. Thank you!

This place is really nice. I like the layout. Omar is the best also. He's so patient and helpful. I've seen him a lot and I hope he stays at this location forever! :)

Omar went above and beyond to help me out, and he was understanding to my situation the entire time. He didn't have to go out of his way to accommodate me but he did. Thank you Omar.

Um. Baller Walgreens.

(1) star for the night manager. I go into Walgreens and I am looking for a forehead thermometer last Sunday night for my young son. I go to the baby section and nothing, so I asked the night manager and he said we have none and walked away. I was very distressed, but began to leave and an employee who was already off the clock and checking out at the register said follow me we have them back here. I was sooooo grateful. The employee was Rickey and he went above and beyond for a distressed mother. Thank you so much Rickey (10 stars for Rickey). He deserves all the acclaim for being so kind and going the extra mile when he could have just walked out since his shift was over, it is people like that, that remind me the good in the world. Something small to him, made my already stressful evening, brighter.

Is it fair to give an under-staffed pharmacy a terrible rating? How are the few to give great service when the many don’t go to work?

If you love receiving attitude from not only the pharmacy tech but from the pharmacist, come on down to this Walgreens! Where you will wait way longer than you need to and get a bit of a run around.

So stop on by if you want to waste a bit of time.

Very rude cashier. This elderly man at the check out counter is just ignorant. He basically told me he couldn't sell me anything because my drivers license was expired. I had to explain to him I don't need an ID to purchase soda water. He finally agreed reluctantly. Just a rude person.

If there no stares I'll give this location I had medical shampoo they told me it's going to take one hour come back after one hour told me they need another 20 minute....can u please explain why and he said we have to fill the container....1.30 hrs to fill container??????

I wish I could give a zero honestly this is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It has just gone downhill used to be great with really nice pharmacist. Now they don’t answer the phone you’re on hold 15-20 minutes calling back And on hold again for the same time or longer. If you go to pick up a prescription In the drive-through you’ll wait 30 minutes or more same thing inside the store. The technicians are so rude. It’s so sad that this place is turned into such a awful store.

Still horrible! They actually invoiced my insurance company for a prescription they did not fill! Had to get another to pharmacy to call them to reverse this so it could be filled. How often does this happen when customers don’t know?!?! Pathetic!!!
