When we first started looking for realtors, we couldn't believe how Bluebell Realty had far above and beyond the quantity and quality of reviews compared to others in the area. And I can tell you, they deserve every 5-star review! Justin and Jennifer are absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We felt an immediate rapport with them that made house-hunting fun in this intense market. We felt safe in their hands as first-time buyers and recommended them to a family member (who absolutely loved them over their previous realtor). I think what stands out the most to me about working with them is their patience and understanding. We never once felt pressured by them to settle for a house that wasn't right for us. We can't overstate how happy we are that we worked with them!

10/10 recommend! My husband Rich and I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and Justin in the search for our home in Wisconsin. My husband is active duty Navy and we relocated to WI from VA. The home search began in April 2021. We contacted Justin off a recommendation from friends that live in the area. Justin was immediately on top of things. Within a week of first touching base with the Roaches, we were on a plane from VA to look at homes. Justin and Jennifer met us with such a welcoming spirit and a full itinerary of homes to
look at for the next couple days. We were very impressed. While our forever home wasn’t found on that trip, we remained in touch with Justin and Jennifer over the next couple of months. July came around and we were back full force searching, this time over zoom calls and endless texts (to which Justin and Jennifer responded very quickly). The amount of knowledge that the Roaches have with the area, the types of homes, and the needs that are met with such intense winters (me from VA and my husband from CA, we still don’t know what we are in store for), is unmatched. We had full confidence in them and trusted them 100%, which was so important since we weren’t able to physically visit homes in the later part of our search. In the end, we found the perfect home for our family. We couldn’t be happier with our choice in home and our decision to put our faith and trust in Bluebell Realty.

Bluebell Realty is amazing! My wife and I are first time home buyers and we had an amazing opportunity to work with the Roaches. When I first started looking for realtors, I called about 10 before I got to Bluebell. Justin answered the phone after 2 rings and I'm glad he did. Greatest realtor I've ever dealt with! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell their house. Our lender was just terrible but Justin didn't give up, we closed on our house thanks to Justin. I met Jennifer 1 time and she was super nice and professional. Before you get a lender I would strongly recommend talking to Justin about who he works with the best and then go to his recommended lender. He helped us any hour of the day, answered all of our questions and made our first time home buying experience great!

My wife Nichole and I chose Bluebell Realty to assist us in purchasing our first home. I had always heard how stressful it can be buying a new home however, this was not our experience. We did most of our showings with Justin; his upbeat personality and sense of humor paired with a thorough knowledge of real estate made for an enjoyable and stress-free home buying experience. Our current employment situation only allowed for us to see homes in the evenings and weekends. Justin sacrificed many of these time slots to accommodate our schedules which is hard to find and speaks highly to his character and how seriously he takes his business. Another great positive with Bluebell was their communication turnaround time. Currently in the Milwaukee area real estate market moves very quickly and rapid communication is key to avoid missing out on your dream home. This was never an issue as we were able to get a response about booking showings almost immediately. Finally, with this being our first home purchase, we had a limited understanding of the home buying process. But, by the time we closed everything became a lot clearer thanks to knowledge being shared and explained by Justin along the way. All in all, our experience was Bluebell realty was outstanding as we are beyond happy with our new home.
