AT&T Store

I worked with Rebecca here. She went above and beyond. I needed a screen protector and she knew which one would be best right away. Since I had bought one here in the past, even though she couldn't find the receipt of that on my account, she gave the new one for 1/3 of the price. She also put it on perfectly and quickly and was so friendly and personable. Rebecca is a model of how customer service should be. I have consistently had great experiences specifically at this store. I always come to this store for my electronic needs even if it is out of the way, and I refer everybody else here as well!

Rebecca and the gentleman (did not catch his name) working with her on 11/10 and 11/11 at the Pewaukee, WI location, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We enjoyed working with them and felt they went above and beyond to help solve our issues. We greatly appreciated their time and efforts! They should be commended for being excellent employees! It is truly hard to find good customer service these days and they made our experience easy!

Roman has turned this store around in the right direction! Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They actually listen to what you have to say rather than just trying to meet sales expectations

Just worked with James to get an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it was the easiest and quickest phone upgrade I've ever experienced. Excellent customer service!

James, was such a great help! He is awesome and deserves 5 starts for his tremendous work! I came in so frantic about my phone! James, reassured me that everything would be fine and he would do everything he could to help ease my anxiety about my situation at hand! Nonetheless, he did just that. I left feeling so relieved and I thanked him a million times! Overall, the store has a great vibe and every AT&T store needs an employee like James, who truly cares about their customers! Way to go!

Roman gave us excellent service from start to finish! Helped my fiancé and I switch carriers, answered all of our questions on numerous visits and took great care of us. Also, helped us save big $$$. Highly recommend this location.

One of the better experiences with a mobile company we've had. Roman was informative, personable and easy to work with. We were able to get new equipment set up and everything transferred perfectly and quickly.

We moved into a new construction home and needed internet quickly as we work from home. We were waiting for Spectrum to install and in the meantime, Roman was able to secure a next-day installation date with a faster internet (AT&T Fiber) all for more value. He was extremely professional and took accountability for following up with us directly to make sure things were progressing. We didn't have to wait to call back which provided such a positive customer experience. He really went above and beyond - We really appreciate his help, he helped us out big time!

Good service from the young lady working alone. People need to learn patience and understanding for short staff.

We were in the Brookfield Store, and we were very satisfied with the customer service that we received even though Roman was the only representative working. We did receive a call asking us prior to our appointment if we would want to reschedule because the lack of technical support that day. Roman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would return!

Roman was extremely calm and attentive in helping me set up my phone and my new galaxy tablet. I will definitely come back to Roman when I need more products or help with my phone. Excellent experience!

I had changed by phone plan from Verizon to AT&T thru Costco. What a mistake! My order was screwed up and I wasn’t able to activate my phone. They also sent one incorrect phone. After spending well over two hours with a support person who was NOT helpful I went to my nearest AT&T store. Roman was kind, patient and helpful from start to finish. He told me I would walk out of the store with working phones and would fix Costco’s errors. He spent close to 5 hours working on all the issues! He was so considerate and kept updating me on what was going on. I had worked in retail for my whole life and recently retired. I know great customer service when I receive it. I can’t thank Roman enough and highly recommend this location for your wireless phone needs.

Just got switched over to AT&T on FirstNet with Roman. I’m a CNA and am so excited to be able to have a new Apple Watch when I’m working. Roman is awesome! I rarely write reviews but he did an amazing job. 5 stars

This store is amazing! I had just went to Costco to get the service from them. Realized there was issues. Roman was terrific! He explained everything to me perfectly! Can’t say enough good things!
