They are very busy at the pharmacy, almost all day everyday. I used to work there 20 some years ago and it was crazy back then. You just need patience they do do a good job and I love Susie the pharmacist!

I want to give a shout out to Mikaila at the Pewaukee store. She was so helpful and patient helping me create a photo card. She is a 5 star employee for sure. Thank you!

I need several special medications monthly. Mary along with the other Pharmacists have been doing their best to try and have them in stock when my prescriptions are due for a refill. I'm great full that the whole staff can provide me with this AWSOME customer service. I have nicknamed them the A-TEAM.

I've been reading some of the past negative reviews and I agree that at times the staff mat seem rude but its most likely because they are try to take care of some of the most rudest people I've ever seen who seem to think that regardless of the situation the person ahead of them is in they seem to feel that the world revolves them and that they are the most important person alive. To these people I say keep it to yourself so you have company in your own little world. Yes, these are trying times but maybe think of others also.

There's a always some sort of sale going on at walgreens. No matter the location.

Got my prescription filled quickly. I found the staff friendly and courteous. Store clean. Parking lot could use some work.

The experience is only as good as your fellow customers. The employees are helpful and usually friendly. At times some can seem worn out and more than a few times I have seen completely unreasonable patrons flipping out over simple issues. Blame your doctor or insurance company instead of an employee with no control over the situation. Products available are typical of a drug store and prices are the same or slightly higher than larger stores. Of course you pay for the convenience.
My only wish is that it were a 24 hour location.

I had a confirmed appt email from Walgreens for this location to get my rapid covid test. It wasn't showing in the stores systems, BUT they helped test me anyway despite technically, on their end, I didn't have the appt. Something definitely got lost in the process, but it was quick. Results in 2 hours emailed. I get to go see Bill Burr this weekend! Thanks for helping in a weird situation for us both.

Patrick in the pharmacy is super helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is well run, is fast and very friendly. Thank you for helping me while I came in from our of town. I love Walgreens!

Helpful. Good n clean. BUT OVER PRICED ON MOST PRODUCTS; however, during pandemic they started using coupons and speciL offers.
A for instance I bought an over the counter medication. It did not work... tho I have used it for years... do went To mfg and they reimbursed me. THEY WERE SHOCKED AT PRICE. SAID NO OTHER STATE OR STORE EVEN CAME CLOSE YO WHAT I PAID. S H O C K E D. It was almost double the highest price.
