I find large hardware stores like Home Depot overwhelming. I'm a 61 year old woman who is not very handy because I wasn't raised that way. They were super helpful all the way around and so kind to approach me and offer to help. I pray this place never closes, I've always had excellent experiences here💕

The staff at this store are amazing. They are committed to providing customer service at the highest level. Recently received help with how to vent my dryer in a small space. Both employees named Dave patiently helped me and now my dryer is venting correctly. This is my go-to place for all things that require a fix. Jim, in the paint department, is also amazing. He always has great ideas! I highly recommend this store. A neighborhood store I am fortunate to have close by!!!

This place has everything you could think of, and lots you probably hadn't. They really have a great selection and their prices pretty much make me wonder why Anyone would even go to a big box place? Great flower selection in the summer. But their sales are just awesome. I work for a competitor, for tools, and I send people to Ace all the time if we don't have something or are to expensive. Ace really is the Place.
*Only negative, and it's really unfortunate, is the very moody teen they seem to always have at the checkout counter, but teens ya know?? Gotta cut her some slack I suppose, nobody loves working, but showing us all how much You hate it.. kinda sucks.

Had everything and more of what I was looking for, I purchased tiki tourch supplies and a solar lighted patio umbrella. The employees were super helpful and nice!

Excellent store. We brought our patio door screen in for replacement on Monday morning and we got the call that it was done Monday afternoon, just hours later. Both gentlemen we dealt with (drop off and pick up) we very nice and knowledgeable.

Many of them have experience working with the departments they work in. I oftin choose to shop at Ace more for their advice. It is always easy to find someone to assist you as well.

If you hate going to the bigger hardware stores because you can't find anyone to help you or what you need, go to Elliot Ace, they solve both those problems. Plenty of friendly knowledgeable people to help you with what you need and help you find it. The cost may be a little more, but they're not a big box store that treats you like a drone with money to spend, they treat you like a person, a valued customer.

The rewards program stinks purchased a Toro snowblower for almost $700 get $15 reward went to use it I happen to pick up the wrong item tried to return it you don’t get the $15 reward back because they were out of the item that I wanted to replace of what I purchased what a waste of a rewards program I will never shop again at Ace Elliott’s hardware pewaukee or Any of the Milwaukee surrounding areas
