Firehouse Subs Downtown Lansing

I’ve never seen them out of gluten-free buns and I’ve seen them change gloves for me (even if they can’t promise a pure gluten-free experience). My go to is the Italian and it fills me for the entire day. Never had a disappointing sandwich from here. Workers are giving it their all and very welcoming when I was in. Some days recently they have been app only orders, but it’s still a nice way to get rewards.

Update after covid. Subs are still amazing. I've been in to pick up an online order twice and I no longer see the whole selection of hot sauces they used to have. Regardless the service is always quick, the online portal is super easy to use, and the food is still fantastic. 2022. Ps these are two different trips but the same sandwich. The engineer sandwich is now in my dreams.

Firehouse Subs is my number 2 to go for warm delicious subs. Great environment like having meal inside the firehouse, free WiFi and excellent selection of the subs, drinks, chips, cookies and even hot sauce. Free fireman helmet for kids. Handicap accessibility.

I wouldn't normally review a chain restaurant, but the staff is absolutely wonderful. As always, firehouse subs is amazing, but the staff at this location are 10/10.

Had my first sub on 1/5/24. It was simply delicious. I can’t wait to go back. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was in there all of 5 minutes.

First time tried the cuban BBQ sandwich. It was delicious. Got the combo, cookie and drink.

Great place for subs! It gets busy weekday lunch time but if you are in a hurry to can order online and pick up. The food is really good here. If I had one complaint it would be that the order is sometimes wrong ie hold onions but got onions on sandwich.

The sandwich was great. I had the turkey bacon ranch. They warm the meat and cheese, and the bun was fresh. Parking was a little harder than I would have liked.

First time here. Had the Italian. It was delicious!. Customer service was great...the ladies behind the counter greeted us in and also greeted us out! Plus the gentleman behind the counter recommended some choices. Overall awesome experience. Will definitely come back!

Really tasty subs at a reasonable price for how much meat is on the sandwiches. Great selection of hot sauce if that's your thing. Only been there during lunch, which seems to be their busiest time, but their staff seems to still get food out in a timely manner even with lines out the door. Very friendly employees who greet each customer with a smile, and wish them a good day! I highly suggest this restaurant to anyone downtown looking for a quick bite to eat that also fills you up! Their soups are also very good, though a little pricey but the pairs option is well worth it!

Delicious subs. I really like their roast beef. The friendliest staff and don’t forget that pickle! Really crunchy dill pickle wedges. This is where we occasionally get a red plastic bucket for gardening as well.

This has become my go-to for good, quick food. Consistently great tasting, high quality food. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. I appreciate that they support local and national first responders. Definite A+ from me.

Firehouse subs always has great subs. I've been to several locations both in state and out of state and the food is always great. Everything I've ordered always tastes fresh and for the the most part the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is what you would expect being set up like a firehouse.

They have a great beef brisket sub we believe it's called the beef and cheddar. It come's with sweet baby ray's barbecue sauce we believe. It comes with a nice amount of beef brisket ,And it comes with a pickle. They have nice staff and a clean place inside . You can round up your change to donate or donate anyhow we think to help first responders get equipment that they need. You can also by some of their brand Firehouse Subs barbeque sauce. We bought some before and it's delicious. Thank you.

Every time I go to my Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments at summit every Friday I get food there before they close, always good service and very good deli sandwiches I'd give it a 6 if I could

They have fast and curtious service, even during the busy lunch rush and the food is good. They'll usually give you an extra pickle if you ask. The only downside is trying to find a metered parking spot in front on Washington Square, it's almost always packed.

Guy who took my order was very patient and enthusiastic as he took five t-mobile coupons for free subs! very friendly would come back!!! subs were tasty :) man deserved a raise 🥰

This place was very clean, fast and delicious. Had the Spicy Cajun and already want to order another one. The gentlemen working was very nice, friendly and helpful. I checked the reviews here before and I wasn't disappointed .
