Highly recommend! I’ve been wanting to come here forever and I’m glad we finally did. We came on a Thursday morning - there was no wait! We sat at the bar and had the best breakfast!! My husband got a breakfast sandwich & I got a polish sausage scrabble. The food portion was SO big!! I barely made a dent. Lots of leftover. Our server was very helpful as we were being indecisive on what to get. We got to talk with the cook and they were super friendly as well. Now for the toast - I’m not normally a toast person but that was the BEST sour dough I have ever had in my life!!!! Can’t wait to go back for the potatoes and bread alone 😂#carbs

Great vibe, good service, and the food was amazing. Expect a little bit of a wait while your food is cooked fresh. It's worth every minute. I don't think anything on the menu is frozen, prepackaged, or pre-made. Biscuits and gravy were the best I've ever had. Home fries were cooked perfectly. We don't live in Lansing, but we will definitely drive an hour to come back again.

So delicious! The owner put on free breakfast sandwiches and burritos for veterans this Memorial Day weekend. We had the burritos and some amazing biscuits and sausage gravy. Delicious sweet tea too go with it and a fantastic selection of hot sauces.

This place always serves the best breakfast and it's so tough to get in that you have to stand in line outside just to share a table with other customers, and it's all completely worth it.

You can't get this eclectic but family-style experience anywhere else!

I’ve heard a lot about this place pre Covid and finally got a chance to visit this past April and it was worth all the buzz! Food was on point, the staff was funny and quirky. My favorite was the decor in the restaurant!!

Literally the best breakfast I've had in my entire life. I came with my dad, we shared the S&M scramble and French Toast. The scramble had so many flavors, it came with spicy sausage which was actually spicy. It had a bunch of ingredients I couldn't identify, which I love. The atmosphere was weird, there was a lot of clutter and heavy metal. The wait was long, it seemed like about an hour overall but totally worth it. We had to wait outside about 20 minutes before we got inside, then it took a bit to get our order in, then a bit for them to make it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a unique experience, just make sure you have time to wait. I will definitely come back!

It's a cute little place. The building is very artsy. Everyone is friendly, the cook and our server were super awesome! The food tasted amazing and the portions were XXL! Although the wait was over 2 hours, It was ABSOLUTELY worth it!

The outside of their store looks chaotic but don't be fooled, they have one of the best food in town! My kids especially loved their breakfast menu. Saves me a lot of time preparing, haha! Best brunch spot in town!

Very awesome place to eat breakfast if you have the time. The wait is usually pretty long out the front door, as there is not a lot of seating inside. And once you get seated and place your order, expect at least another half an hour to forty-five minute wait to get your food. Awesome eclectic menu offerings, and the food is typically top-notch. Definitely a treat for those with the time and patience too see the experience through.

Golden Harvest always amazes me with their food. If you're patient and not already starving it's definitely worth the wait. Prices are reasonable, until you get your food and see the size of the portions you get and then you realize the prices are extraordinarily low. The serving sizes are massive. Unless you want leftovers to take home, always under order. If you've never been here, get your butt in here now and feel a bit more complete in your life.

Food and service was amazing! Portion sizes are huge. The fresh fruit was just as delicious as the meal with a beautiful presentation.

They have changed a bit after the pandemic but haven't we all? Hours seem to be a bit random and you can always catch them open if you follow them on Facebook. I'm hoping they are on the verge of a classic reopen so we can start going regularly again!
Saw they were open through Facebook on a Friday morning and stopped in for takeout. The staff were kind as always. Most appeared to be staying for outside dining or takeout, I couldn't quite tell if the inside was open for dining yet. Takeout wait time was probably 20 minutes (a warm Friday AM in July 2022) Delicious as always!

Try the new stuff on the dry erase board, it's always different and always amazing. Go during the weekdays without much (if any!) wait.

What's not to love about this eclectic gem. Golden harvest has it all. Great food options, cool crowds, great staff etc. Everytime I come to Golden Harvest I meet someone new! It's a really cool eating experience and the food is divine! Try the homemade hot chocolate after waiting in line on a cool day

Firstly, the outside of this place is the most visually unique that I've ever seen. It might look like junk from afar, but as you get closer you begin to see the cool little toys and knickknacks embedded into the walls. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly, so long as you pay attention to the Golden Harvest rule: "Be nice or leave."
