I live in eastpointe and TJ was amazing he took care of everything n a very professional and polite manner … walked me thru the entire lease had my vehicle delivered and old 1 picked up it was like I received vip service although I’m sure it just wht u offer the way he presented it made me feel like I was special !!! Excellent service. We’ve had recurring issues with our vehicle and have taken it to multiple dealerships for service over the last couple of years. The staff at LaFontaine were by far the friendliest and most thorough in their service from start to finish. The person who checked me in listened to my concerns and noted everything. I got multiple calls throughout the the process updating me in progress. When I got the car back it was running smoothly. When I reached out one day after pickup to say there was an odd noise I was told to immediately bring the vehicle back in. I will definitely use this dealership again.

The guys are wonderful! No one treats me like I’m a bother even though I am a woman. The respect and attention to detail is amazing and I love to visit with all of them when I drop off or pick up my van.

The facility was clean, and nice. Jose was extremely patient with my two toddlers that I had to bring along. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for my little family. I was on a tight budget and a tight timeline and he definitely hit it out of the park.

Jeremy is a great coordinator. He's always pleasant to speak with and is really good at breaking the news gently. The shop is also very quick, I've never had them miss a repair deadline (That's a strong word....If they say Wednesday you're getting it by Wednesday) and my car has often been done early.

Grant was awesome to work with. Very helpful in helping me find the right vehicle that fit what I was looking for. Not a pushy salesman and made me feel comfortable and at home throughout the whole process.

When there was additional work to be done to my Jeep, due to my Jeep's battery failure, Matt the manager got involved and provided me with various options. This was our 1st visit to this dealer. We live on the opposite side of town but have always wanted to check out this Jeep dealer. Our Wrangler just needed routine maintenance and everything was done well and completed a bit sooner than promised. I had made the appointment online which I find extremely convenient. The waiting room was comfortable and included a lovely coffee bar. The restroom appeared new and clean. I stopped in the sales lot to look at a Gladiator and was promptly greeted by Thomas, so now I may decide to contact him about trading in our other vehicle. Thanks for the great service LaFontaine!

I took my Jeep here for the first time a couple weeks ago for routine service. Oil Change, Tire Rotation, & a Recall that needed to be done. All went very smoothly and was done in a timely fashion. There was a small hiccup, they were supposed to leave the keys so I could pick it up after hours and they didn't. I ended up taking it home with my spare set and intended on going up there at the end of the week to grab my other set of keys. Shoutout to Frank in Service, He was very apologetic and to my surprise even had someone drive all the way out to Okemos to give me my keys. That's what I call taking care of your customers, great customer service. I'll be a regular now. Thank you Frank!!
