We purchased the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and got it delivered approximately 2 weeks ago. We were very happy with our salesperson Kyle. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We love our new fridge. Especially the hidden door with water pitcher. Great design. Very sleek and contemporary! Our drivers were professional and efficient!

Absolute saints....all of them!! Way too long of a story for a review, but long story short I left a work power cord in Florida. Landed in Detroit. Arrived to Lansing at 7:58. Got to the store at 8:00 which is when they closed . They were literally shutting off the open sign when I walked up to the doors. I explained what was going on and they stayed open and were able to help me get a charger and saved my life.

Adam was awesome. I went through my laptop head bit lock written all over the screen I had no idea what I was going to do I didn't think I would no longer be able to use my computer I thought I would have to buy a new one but thanks to Adam he had patience he did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience like some places you go to .you always feel like you wasting there time I did not know my password because I have programmed it a year ago. We tried several different ones and thanks to the good Lord and Adam we came up with the right password he was able to unlock my laptop I did not have to destroy all my information and start all over again so if you ever go to BestBuy ask for Adam.

The staff was very helpful. They answered all my questions. The store had all items on my list. Now just waiting for delivery and installation.

Just bought a TV here today. Staff were busy, but when I corralled one, he was very helpful. Took a few minutes to locate the TV I wanted, but once it was brought out of storage, I was out of the store 15 minutes later. All in all, an easy and pleasant trip to the store.

Super helpful and friendly staff, just sometimes takes a few minutes of waiting for someone to be available to help.

Quick trip in lunch hour to pick up a phone charger. In and out in less than 6 minutes!

Was very pleased with the help. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I dealt with a young man named Samuel Van Pelt and if you have to go in there and get something, ask for him directly he works at the Lansing store out by Lansing mall. You can’t go wrong with him.

It was super easy! We had researched what we wanted (microwave/convection/air fryer combo oven) and the salesman was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He led us directly to the very product we wanted and then switched gears flawlessly to assist with selection of home security equipment (camera/floodlghts/ring doorbell). I think we may have been in the store a total of 30-45 minutes and came home with exactly what we wanted!

Have great service and great helpful people who know what they are selling unlike Walmart no offence or anything to Walmart but they really need to stop selling computers and have the pros do it

Bought a pressure cooker online on Black Friday. It was ready for pickup like an hour or so later. Pickup was fast and easy. I got a really sweet deal! So far I’m really enjoying my pressure cooker.
