Great place. I was getting my first suit and I’m not very familiar with this world. However, the moment I entered the store everyone was happy to help. Ladd took the time to explain everything to me from A to Z which really made me to trust his judgment with suit choices. I just got the suit and it’s perfect. It’s the first one and I’m happy to have it from Kositchek’s. Definitely coming again for my next one.

Excellent and unique shopping experience for men! We went into Kositchek's for the first time last week - what a wonderful place and I can't believe it's taken this long to discover it. My son is a 20-something Generation Z and we've gotten previous suits for him from Macy's, Jos. A. Banks and believe it or not, Burlington, but after buying a suit for a funeral at Banks, we discovered that they did not have a tailor in place to make the last minute alternations. We decided to try Kositchek's. It was a wonderful experience to shop there, and an amazing surprise that they have five full-time tailors! For those that appreciate well-made, long lasting classic clothes, it's a one stop shopping experience - they have everything for the well-dressed guy with high quality goods, and it goes from shoes, to hair salon to high quality clothes, complete with a personal shopper experience! My son was amazed and pleased, and it reminded me of the way shopping used to be at high end stores in NYC. They take exquisite care of their customers with expert guidance on what looks good for their particular body type. A unique and elegant personal shopping experience without the snobbery. It was actually fun for us both (and my son hates shopping normally). And the suit we bought (pleasantly discovered they have price ranges from a basic level (comparable to Jos A. Banks) to high end but still great quality, all) was about the same price as Jos. A Banks, much better made with a high quality breathable light wool and specific material inside the shoulder and arm area for more rotational movement, which he really likes. The suit is comfortable for him. And a bonus - it included the tailoring service and they were able to get it done for us in time for the funeral! Kositchek's is a gem in the heart of downtown Lansing, and our new go-to place for male's looking good!

Mark was amazing in helping me pick out a new suit. He was extremely patient and had wonderful suggestions about everything. The prices were reasonable and the overall experience a pleasure. I will definitely go back here in the future.

My wife and her groomsman purchased pants and a vest at Kositchek's for our wedding on 7/19. We had the best experience and were so pleased with the results! Carl was so accommodating and helpful in helping us choose what they would wear. He even stayed after one day so I could pick up everything after the free, custom tailoring that was offered! We will be recommending this local business to everyone!

Best of the best service. Shout out to Lad for helping me find exactly what I needed without breaking the bank. He made me feel valued, and important even though I was only buying a few items. Would recommend to anyone looking for luxury quality clothes and service.

I bought a suit and had it tailored here. The suit was tailored perfectly and they doubled checked the fitting when I came to pick it up. In this suit I landed my dream job and changed my life. I’m looking forward to being back in town to buy another. 5/5.

A great experience from beginning to end. I flew in for a wedding from Germany and stopped in to buy new shoes, grab a haircut and purchase few other items. Lori was amazing in assisting me to find everything I was looking for as well as provided no pressure recommendations. The service was above and beyond when Lori was able to drop off the tailored sport jacket and slacks at my nearby hotel due to a Saturday morning wedding. If you are in Lansing or passing through like me, I would highly recommend you stop in.

I don't think 5 stars does Kositcheks justice. They have to be the most professional, straight to the point, caring and high end suit provider I've ever considered. Matt was incredibly helpful picking out my suit and made it a breeze. Lori fixed up my shoes and found me a belt no problem. If you're on the fence about giving them a shot, just go!

Full service menswear, upscale, expensive, but entirely worth it. If your looking for the finest in the city in the way of casual to formal wear, definitely hit Kositcheks.

Mark was fantastic in helping me pick out a suit that went well for my friend who's getting married. I have never gotten a suit before but I would go back to get another one in the future!

Fantastic experience. Gary was helpful and provided his expertise to help pick the perfect suit for my groom on our wedding day. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and care. Even though we were purchasing with a smaller budget than I imagine most customers have at this store, we were treated with respect and importance. Went to Kositchek's for my first suit... this place is excellent beyond words! It was for my Grandpa's funeral, which was only a couple days after I visited the store. The customer service here was absolutely the best customer service I have experienced in any store to this date. The staff was extremely helpful and able to meet my every need.

They tailored the suit extremely well, but they did not have the time to fix some neck roll on the back of it. However, the gentleman I dealt with made me promise that I would bring back the suit after the funeral and get it fixed. In the amount of time allotted, they did an absolutely superb job of meeting my needs!

I almost can't wait for someone to tell me they need a suit so I can recommend a visit to this place. I usually don't recommend stores in general because sometimes customer service varies with the employees that are working that day. However, I am so confident in Kositcheks that I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation. A++ works guys!

I had heard a lot about Kositchek’s before ultimately deciding to take some time and really explore the store. As soon as I walked in, David Kositchek greeted me and offered to give me a tour. I could sense the genuine care that seems nearly obsolete in the customer service/retail world, today. Soon after, Carl came over to help and answered every question I had effectively and thoroughly. Additionally, Carl was able to provide me with items I simply may have glossed over if left to my own devices. I took full advantage of the $100 coupon and purchased a Peter Millar coat and a Johnny-O 1/4 zip. Gary from Leon G jewelers was also very helpful, conversing with me and answering any questions I had with regard to watches. All in all, an absolute must for anyone in the Lansing area looking to improve their men’s wear closet and have a pleasant, genuine and authentic experience in the process. I will be back.

Very happy with my 2 new suits. I previously went to mens shop closer to home and had a bad experience, but Kositcheks was great from start to finish. Alterations right the first time. Thanks Mark for your help and David for taking the time to talk with me on the phone. Will definitely be back.

I started shopping at Kositchek's about three years ago. When I first stopped by I was switching jobs and had to buy some suits. Carl helped me pick out five suits. Since then I have purchased four more.
I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The quality of the products they sell are awesome. I have had a couple of wardrobe malfunctions that they took care of free of charge. When I lost a bunch of weight they re-tailored all of my suits for free! That level of customer service will keep me coming back indefinitely.
