Great one stop shop for all your home project needs. A massive selection of hardware ensures you'll always be able to find the specific nut or bolt that you can't seem to find at the larger big box hardware stores. On top of their great selection, the staff will go above and beyond to help you locate an item, and are extremely knowledgeable with whatever project I'm taking on that week.

Steve did a great job on cutting and programming my Key (Chip). Alot more affordable than at Dealership!! Very good selection and friendly service.

This hardware store is absolutely amazing. The employees are so helpful and they always know where everything is. It is a wonderful local store! So much more of a personal feel than the big box stores! The owner has done a great job with this place! Nice work all around!!!

During the Peach Festival, our car battery died while parked in Ace Hardware’s lot. We were about 90 minutes from home too. Devin and Nate of Ace took time away from the store to look for jumper cables to give us a jumpstart, even for a non-customer. They went way above and beyond to make sure we could get home. We are forever grateful for their compassion and generous spirit.

This store is fantastic. I would recommend talking with Devin who always has the answers to My questions, He goes above and beyond. Everyone else there is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Someone is always available to help you. The store has many items you cannot find in other stores. A little crowded but clean. Prices not too bad.

I headed into Stone’s with pieces of a trellis I had ordered in the mail, intending to ask for help finding fasteners I thought were missing from my order. Realized I actually had the correct parts all along—the guys at Stone’s Ace patiently and helpfully worked with me to put together a product that was not theirs and that didn’t involve a purchase from them. Now that’s great customer service!!

Well managed location with friendly staff. I have come here twice to buy storage bins and both times they led me to the right box right away and I was in and out in less than five minutes. My only complaint is the store is hard to find. Otherwise I have no complaints.

This review is well over due. I’ve had a business in Romeo for the last 22 years. Every time I go into Stones Ace with a problem there is always an immediate solution. Devin is almost always the person who helps me. He is patient, kind & extremely knowledgeable. What I really admire about Devin is his positive attitude. You can tell he is dedicated & loves his job. Finding a solution is always at the forefront of Devin’s mission. Devin is my go to person & the main reason I go to Stones Ace in Romeo.

I have been coming to this store for years and it has always been a great experience. Immediate and friendly customer service must be their credo. You never need to wait more than a minute or two before a friendly and knowledgeable clerk is there to assist. They seem to have everything! I'd like to give a special shout out to Devon, who has helped me on many occasions. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly very patient with my many questions. He always makes sure i find what I need, even if I'm not quite sure what that is when I get there! Many thanks Devon!!

Very helpful and kind and patient. We ordered a larger item and had a ton of gift cards, they patiently went through all of them and were very communicative on the status of my order.

Got in, got out. They had what we needed and we're very friendly at checkout. Even had a sign posted that the cashier was in training, he did a great job. Keep up the good work, store was very clean too. Highly recommend

I frequently shop at the Ace Hardware store in Romeo, but lately have been even more impressed with the service I have received. The staff immediately offered assistance, checking to see if I needed help. Not only was I directed to the location, but accompanied so that it simplified the process. I explained what I needed to accomplish and was offered additional solutions, one of which was far better than the idea I had in mind. The next time I went - about a week later - not only did I receive similar service, but my previous project was remembered and asked about. I could have managed getting my purchases to the car, but I was assisted with that as well. The items in stock were what I needed and I was offered the opportunity to special order the others with a turn around of only 2 days. Much appreciated and a good reason to shop locally.

The employees here are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Such a refreshing experience compared to the big box stores. I needed a fitting to blow out lines for a RV and within minutes put together what I needed. Thank you for the great experience.
