The couch looks nice! The deliver service was the worst I've experienced from any furniture store. We had to reschedule a delivery date because they missed the original delivery date with a "no call, no show". Once the Two gentlemen finally arrived to delivered the couch one gentleman was on the phone the entire time, while they were installing the couch. The conversation had nothing to do with the installation of my couch or any business matter. Once installed they picked up all the big items but left behind plastic and foam that wasn't there before they arrive. Once I ask them to clean it up. I was told "that's my problem". They also left a scratch on the floor and tried to push the couch over it like it never existed. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. This same couch is available on multiple website. Good luck!

I have never been there - just walk by frequently, who would go to a luxury furniture store with a bunch of garbage piled next to it?

Stay away from this business. This lady is extremely unprofessional and I highly believe she is not running a legit business. After placing my order I was made aware that the item was on back order. Long story short, I found out another vendor had it in stock, and since I already placed an order I told her that it was in stock from another vendor and if she can check. She told me that it was i fact in stock and told me that she would have a tracking number for me the next day or two. Now over a week later, she has chosen to completely ignore me, and deleted my comments off her Instagram. I’ve uploaded her ignoring me on Instagram and on her website.

I was excited to shop at a black owned furniture store but none the less it backfired. My girl and I ordered a couch on sep 5. Sylvia the owner told us it would take 2 weeks which is sep 19 lol called up there. Now she says it should be here sep 24 then the 25 ok cool no biggie. Delivery is scheduled. I’m waiting around at home on a Saturday for delivery that never came. No one ever called. I called up here multiple times no one answered. By now it’s the second week in October I still have no furniture. So I call again for a refund they told me “we don’t do no refunds “ on furniture I never got. And snap charged me for two payments on furniture I never received! After calling so many times they tell me my couch was ordered in the wrong color instead of initially keeping communication w me after a month plus. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. Disappointed. Save your time and money and go to value city.

Customer service is so bad, very bad business!!!! Don’t let the pictures fool you. Very disappointed 😔 close friend of mines order from them in never received the order and now they won’t pick up the phone or emails.this was over three months ago bad for business

prices in store do not align with what’s shown on the website. furniture is overpriced and can be found elsewhere cheaper. customer service and professionalism could be better. overall a subpar experience!
