The Oxley Apartments

I've been here 8+ years, and whenever I need something done, it gets done in a reasonable amount of time. I've been satisfied here. The staff to me are very personable they listen and they have responded to my maintenence request. I know this is a large complex with many apartments, so I understand that they will get to my request. If it's an emergency, they have responded on the same day or the next. The grounds are kept up, but I can say the tenants don't want to comply to their lease with their dogs. But I truly love my apartment it's spacious with lots of closet space! Thanks, Hollie and the maintenance staff, for all you have done for me. I appreciate you.

My Oxley Experience. Fist I was a home owner for 40 years. I understand the cost and expenses. The property management has the daunting task of dealing with this large older property. Job well done. The heart of this is maintenance. In my experience they are prompt courteous and efficient. I feel we as residents need to recognize and appreciate those that deal with challenges we don’t see.

I have been in the oxley apartments for going on 2years and I don’t have one complaint or bad thing to say. The leasing office is absolutely amazing especially Holly always making my small concerns urgencies that get taken care of so I appreciate it. Maintenance is also good when work orders go in they always get handled that day or that morning so good job. I live in a 1 spacious bedroom 2baths and rent is affordable unlike some apartments!!

I love the area. Everything is within walking distance. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. The units are huge and I got everything I wanted for an affordable price. Heather and Holly in the leasing office are amazing. They are always helpful. Maintenance came in and took care of any needs I have. I recommend this location.

I have lived here for the last 2 years. The place is spacious, close to all the main roads/highways. Ascension hospital is right across the street and the whole community is very spacious, clean, green and well-maintained.
I was lucky to find lot of my Indian community members here and we do like to hang out together in our free time. We have no plan to leave this apartment in near future.

Never had a problem with the Oxley. I have lived here for a year and they have done a phenomenal job. Maintenance is always on time and the staff is very friendly.

I have lived here for 2 and a 1/2 years. Other than in my own personal financial hardship. They have not put me out in the street yet. I know I'm hoping that they don't. I am continuously trying to stay here. Because I really like it here. I probably should move to a lower level, however. This is nice apartment

Heather, Kirk and Holly were absolutely AMAZING!!! They helped me find the perfect apartment. I wanted a regular unit but because my unit wasn’t ready they upgraded us to a fully renovated apartment and knocked the price down . Myself and my family are grateful for this team!

I moved in recently and I really love my apartment; it's clean and the rooms are really big. The staff is really professional, especially Kenice as she is always available to help you with a very nice smile. She has been really professional and our little issues have always been taken care of. I definitely recommend this place.

I love living at the Oxley. The office staff Tracey, Margaret Kaniece and the maintenance crew go above and beyond. I was in a terrible apartment before this and this past year here has been amazing and made me happy to renew my lease. They fulfill the maintenance requests promptly. It’s such a community and safe feeling in my building. I constantly refer people !

My boyfriend and I have been shopping around for apartments and found this one. I am VERY picky and extremely particular with my preferences, and I figured I'd give it a shot. As soon as we walked into the clubhouse, we were blown away. It was gorgeous! We were immediately greeted by Ricky, who was as friendly and helpful as can be. He showed us the model of the floor plan we were interested in, and BOY were my boyfriend and I impressed! It's absolutely HUGE! Even with my high standards, it exceeded them by far! I love that they have a dog park, and that they offer carports (I HATE having to clean off my car in the winters). I probably asked 1 million questions and Ricky answered each and every one of them patiently and with a smile, no matter how ridiculous they seemed. Even Tracy, the boss, shot us a smile and a friendly wave when we were in the leasing office even though she was busy on the phone! Conclusively, after a long search and many visits to other prospective properties, we finally decided to apply here at The Oxley!

Units have tons of space, not much to complain about!

From Day 1! I was accommodated and taken care of. Every time I call The leasing office Lauren Or Margaret gets the job completely done for me! The maintence guys are pretty productive as well. The only thing is my concern is my air compressor is out but it wasn’t working prior to the new management or staff. And my building residents are tolerable as well no problems for me thus far. So I’m good and prolly might even live here til I find A wife so bachelor pad it is. LOL

I just moved into the Oxley May 19th and am very impressed. The leasing staff is very courteous and submits your work order immediately. I love the court yard and dog park. The complex is quiet and my neighbors are very courteous. I would recommend The Oxley to anyone looking for affordable and quiet residences

The staff there is amazing, I want to extend a very special thanks to the leasing office team. Catrina, Trina and Kenice are very welcoming and always speak with a smile. Very refreshing to see great people display awesome customer service skills.

I just moved im and the place is very spacious. My neighbors are peaceful in my building. I feel secure and happy when entering the community. My friend was telling the truth when she said I should move here. The move in was flawless and everything was prepared as expected.

I have moved in here recently and I love my apartment, the management team and the high-quality service. Kenice was extremely helpful in making the move in process easy, fast and pleasant. She was very responsive and always went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this place!

Have been living here for last 3 years.
Nice spacious community, close to Woodward Avenue and both Southfield and Ferndale downtown. My office is in Ferndale downtown and it is easy 10 mins commute from here.

I would like to say some of my experiences at The Oxley wasn’t that great but what I can depend on is Margaret. She is always pleasant thru out the years. She always does everything that she says and promptly. I promise you when I walk into the clubhouse Margaret presence creates comfort.

The property is really clean and staff very pleasant. One of my favorites would have to be Margaret. She has wonderful customer service skills and I think all associates should take after her.
