This was our first time and it was great! Down to earth staff, asked if we needed something to drink when we first walked in which was really nice 🙂
Personable and easy to relax. My daughter was getting her hair dyed underneath and it turned out great!

Devil’s Haircut and the amazing owner Lynae are such a fantastic find for good hair in Chelsea! She’s a true community builder and really makes magic with her artistry.

I often struggle finding stylists that truly listen to what I’m asking for (or convince me I don’t want it), and she gave me just the cut I’d been wanting. Plus she does a fab razor cut which my thin straight hair loves for easy wash & wear days.

I have been coming here for several years and it's the best hair salon I've ever used. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. Lynae is so knowledgeable and a great listener. She is an expert with color! I am so impressed with how she is always educating herself and staying up on trends. I have never been disappointed! Prices are very reasonable. Best part is they don't stack clients. Everything they do demonstrates that they care about people.

Kim is fantastic❗I totally took a chance and picked this salon based on their website. Kim has done a wonderful job transitioning my hair color from brown to gunmetal grey. I wanted this since my natural color is now predominantly grey. She also kept my splashes of purple that I love so much. I love the haircut also. Great stacked bob❗

Rachel did a great job cutting my hair! It was my first time to Devil's Haircut Salon, and I couldn't be happier :) She listened and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be back. Lynae has been doing my hair for a couple of years and I followed her to her new salon. I just went for the first time today. It was wonderful!!! Everyone was kind and welcoming. Lynae is exceptional at coloring and cutting. I love to experiment and she is always creative and stylish. I have no doubt the other girls meet the same high standards. I highly recommend the salon. Not to mention they have very good prices!!!

I don’t trust anybody with my hair but I do trust this place. Lynae Did an awesome job and I was very happy with the results. I will definitely be going back again and I highly recommend you to go there. They are very nice and friendly and it’s a very relaxed mellow atmosphere. Nothing but good vibes all around.

Let me say WOW! I went to my previous hair stylist for 20 years and then I moved. I wasn't looking forward to finding a new salon honestly (20 years is a LONG TIME!)
I got a tip from a friend about this place. It is clean, stylist and comfortable! Awesome red accents! From start to finish, Lynae took care of me and asked great questions about what I wanted and even asked about what music I wanted to listen to.
I was a little nervous since I haven't had a new hair stylist in 20 years... but I now have the BEST short hair cut I have had ever. Lynae was great to talk to and there wasn't a break in the conversation. She was genuinely interested in getting to know me and I laughed a lot!!

This is the best salon I've ever been to. The BEST. I've moved more than 15 times and like many people may have experienced, looking for a new stylist is stressful. When I moved to Chelsea I tried no less than 4 salons before I stumbled across Devil's Haircut and it was such a relief. With a welcoming environment, client-focused bookings (versus double booking and squeezing you in between colors of other clients), tea and coffee offerings during non-health pandemic times, and up front pricing discussions, I've found this a trusted salon for anyone to visit; including men looking for beard and hair treatments to spiff up and feel special.

With a business philosophy focusing on inner beauty versus the societal pressure to focus so much on the outward, the people at Devils Haircut help you accomplish a look that makes YOU happy. I've had stylists elsewhere provide unsolicited opinions on whether "my face could handle that cut" but the team at this salon is more focused on you loving the final product. They've even worked with me through my own home coloring adventures (I had to try purple!) and fully open the conversation to accept that they can: help you from scratch; help you fix home cut/color mishaps; or help you accomplish hairstyles that are partially worked on in the salon and at home.

When I started going to Devil's Haircut I had a very fluctuant schedule and got the chance to have a style put together by every staff member and I always left happy. When I had concerns about one style I popped back in during their 7 day "let's make it right" window and we worked through modifying a spot that I noticed after working with my hair at home. After having gone to the salon for several years I now have a great fit with one stylist; I leave her name out of here because she knows who she is and every single one is wonderful and may be a better fit for you!

There is not one negative thing to say about Devil’s Haircut Salon. I have been to many salons in my life before finding Devil’s just to end up disappointed and feeling like I can’t trust anyone with my hair.
So let me tell you, I am not over exaggerating when I say I trust every single one of the stylists with my hair.
I actually went today to have Lynae dye my hair for the first time in six years and she took so much extra time and consideration on the process to make sure I wasn’t going to waste my money.
Last but not least, I felt totally comfortable and safe while I got my hair done. I was there for a while and every client wore a mask, the stylists had face shields, and equipment was thoroughly disinfected after each use. Devil’s haircut is a place that GENUINELY cares about their clients and is taking every necessary step to maintain the health and safety of everyone who walks through the door.

I went to Devil's Haircut with my hair burned from having a botched-up body perm. I was losing hair at a high speed. Lenae, the owner of Devil's Haircut is a true artist with her skills at bringing out from my first visit a wonderful cut/style and recommended a strethening product. Lenae said my next visit would allow her to bring out the best of my hair style. She understands hair issues, and I walked out after my second round of styling today with a beautiful cut.
