The UPS Store

I am a long time customer of this UPS store. The service has always been fine and my packages have always been shipped correctly so I’ve had no complaints. However, with the recent additions to the staff (some younger men) I feel like the service has gone from good to great! Yesterday, I brought in a load of 14 separate items to return to Amazon and both fellows were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. It was towards the end of the day and their politeness and positivity was a breath of fresh air!

This store has it all. Tanner was able to print from a thumb drive, make copies of something else, fax and then mail what I needed in record time. Tanner did all of this while waiting on other customer's. I would hire Tanner away in a New York minute. Thank You UPS of Chelsea MI, for having all of these services. Not only did Everything work, but the employees were friendly and the store was very clean and organized.

This is quite a busy store, but the staff is always polite and very helpful. The facility neat, clean, and convenient. Highly recommended.

Staff is helpful and efficient. I ship stuff monthly to an out of state job and they make it easy.

Have had issues with a particular staff member at this location in the past but the last few times I needed the services of UPS, the same individual was pleasant and most helpful!!! Very refreshing and grateful.

I love this location. It is father for me to go to but I know if I go to that location , I am given a receipt every time without asking. The one in Ann Abor at the Westgate center never gives me an amazon receipt unless I ask and then they get snippy and tell me I will get an email from amazon. I have had occassions where I have taken packages to Westgate and somehow never got my refund from amazon but I had a receipt so its important for me to get one. Like I said, I never have to ask for one at this store in Chelsea, its automatic. Jake is the sweetest and always has a smile on his face and very helpful. Every employee there is always in a good mood and is so kind and helpful and polite. They can make your day more enjoyable and give you peace of mind knowing your package will get to its location. Great employees who cares about the customer. They take the time and make an effort to make sure packages are handled with care. UPS should be proud of all the employees who work at this location in Chelsea.

Fast, friendly, Courteous. Only occasionally will I find those qualities at the USPS in the same strip center.

We've been here dozens of times and regularly find no line or a short line and friendly competent employees.

Always so helpful when we come in! Recently had to drop off a package. We're moving and I forgot my return label they were kind enough to help me get it sorted out and sent. Thank you a ton!

Describe my experience? Well honestly it was FAST & EASY. I had no issues and it was actually really nice that I was able to just basically drop off my amazon return and I had to do nothing. Was a great & fast experience... But mine was just a fast amazon return. Which ill need to do again this week 📦

I have visited this store several times and every time has been a great experience. Tanner has been most helpful on more than one occasion.
I have watched them help several people (while I look for emails) that didn’t understand the return process and they walked them through it and seemed happy to do so.

Wow - I just got back on an early Monday morning, Jake helped me re-route a package I'd send, accepted my wi fi modem for Xfinity, helped me send a new package and after I left my credit card in the reader, he went to the trouble of looking up my account and calling me right away to let me know it was safety stored away for me to return and pick up. He was fast, efficient and very pleasant! It was a great experience. I plan on going back often to ship my rugs, nice to know that even though they get busy, he's very patient and cordial. Wonderful fast transaction!

I like this location. Jake is a very nice employee who does his job well and always greets the customers with a friendly attitude. I like how he gives me a receipt for my packages that I am shipping and handles my packages with care. Very cool guy.

Even with Computer issues, I received fast friendly service as always. I have been using this location for years and I have never experienced any issues. The staff does an outstanding job taking care of customers and answering any questions I have had.

These guys shipped an awkward sized chair for me and packaged it. First of all I thought the girl (Gabrielle) who helped me was a beast. She carried that thing for me without even a second thought. The shipping was great but the customer service from the two people I worked with was perfect. Thanks so much. I run so many errands throughout the day, this is one of my favorite stops. The service is always fast and super friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. I would highly recommend using ups for any and all packages!

I've always enjoyed my experience at UPS. Jake takes care of me and my business. He's a good guy. I've been going there for 3 years now for all of my printing needs.

Helpful service, quiet location, cheap printing, easy returns.
I had to return a bunch of packages and was honestly stressed about it but the young woman and gentleman at the counter were super helpful and made it all very easy for me. Would recommend.

The blond her did great she help me out with the package I had to send some books back and didnt know really what to. The lady help me and my trip super quick I think she told me her name was shelby or libby forgot but I say 5 star rating thank you very much

I think hours are 11-5 currently (says 9am above). Always helpful! Thats why I love small towns like this! Notarizing, faxing, scanning, sending, packing, copies, supplies.... and smiles!
